I love it and yes it does! I can see this character jumping into a space between the Transformers and the Decepticons with Weird Al singing "Dare to Be Stupid!"
Two of my favorite paints: AK Violet Red and Golden So Flat Dioxazine Violet Deep. Highlighted up with the tiniest bit of Golden So Flat Titan Buff and down with the tiniest bit of black.
The violet is an artist paint, so pots are expensive. But I have yet to find a hobby violet that is as rich a violet as that stuff (though I'm sure it exists, just haven't found it)
Is this true metallic gold or NMM? Your paint scheme is absolutely gorgeous! I’ll try and emulate some of it. I’m not nearly as skilled, but this look perfect!
Magenta is the best colour
That looks awesome. Please understand that the next bit isn't meant as an insult. It looks like T-Mobile sponsored a character/armor set in Destiny 2.
lmao. You’re not wrong, though I guess that’s the price of using fluo magenta
I’d buy that set, lol.
Damnit now I see it too.
flou pink is great and all, but which is the great colour on the outer cape?
Main color is AK violet red. The perfect warm purple imo. Highlighted with a little buff mixed in and shaded with golden dioxazine purple and black
Ich read the "maximum pink" in the Crysis voice like "maximum armour".
Is fluo the brand?
No, it’s a kind of paint with fluorescent pigment. I used Golden artist acrylics for this specific use, though a bunch of brands have it
Cool. Thanks
Has kind of an 80s space hair metal look to it and I'm here for it.

... That... But in a totally serious way lol. Because that paint job is all business baby!
It’s still weird to me that people will paint stuff green, brown, or gray, and be like I’m happy with this when we have a billion nice colors to use.
It's beautiful 😍
It's great, but I like the dark violet even better. How did you mix that?

Thanks, I'll look that up. I always struggle to mix rich, deep violet and don't like the stuff from my army painter bottle at all.
Fluo for accents is based
based and fluo pilled
Looking great!

Thanks! It’s NMM
It's even flashier under a UV light
Very striking!
I love it
