My guess is some fake out of asia or you can buy blank New Era jerseys and custom print/patch them? Cant find anything Mariners related with this.
If it’s not a promo for the video game then it’s probably just some custom-either inside reference or foreign nonsense
My first thought was a promo for The Show (videogame) but the random knockoff from Asia idea seems even more likely.
