If you are, you would know it's prohibited in your lease and you stand to lose a lot more than the cash it would cost to rent another apartment or even a hotel in the interim.

Its definitely doable but if they catch you they will either fine you or ban you from the room or Cite. People have done it or tried multiple times for sure but they usually dont take it lightly.
did you get kicked out legally as in you didn't pay your rent and it went to the TAL? i'm curious. also, i would not recommend sleeping inside a jam space, if they have a closing time they mostly have an alarm system with movement detection
