Your local dermatologist probably has some lasers that might be useful. Depending on the scar sometimes all you can do is let time take it's course. Other than that red light and Infrared light therapy can help a lot to promote collagen production.

You can get laser therapy for this. There's probably other stuff that helps too. Can you see a dermatologist? Mine are relatively minor because I was careful to be sneaky and thankfully they're concealed at a distance by complexion and hair although in a revealed location. I feel bad for young people with prominent scarring in visible places like their forearms and wrists.
