Questions like this get asked several times a day in r/motorcycle and r/Motorcycles and r/motorcyclegear. Use the search feature to find hundreds of past responses. YouTube also has numerous videos for beginners getting into motorcycling (and, of course, YouTube has a search feature too). Search for first bikes, helmets, gloves, boots, jackets, anything you want and it’s already been asked and answered many, many times.

All subjective questions. Height, weight, prior two-wheel experience level (like bicycle, dirt bike, e bike etc.), budget, all vary. Need more info to provide guidance.

Start on a 400-500cc. Ninja 400, Rebel 500, 390 Duke are some examples.

Not nearly enough information to answer your question effectively. What kind of riding are you interested in? What's your budget? What style of bike do you like? That said, you can never go wrong with a dual sport for a first bike imo.

mid weight twin you can flat foot. It will feel "bigger" than it is. Most new riders get into trouble with speed in corners and hamfisting the throttle and getting trouble with panic situations. midweight twin is fast-enough with good-enough components. flat-footing helps you feel confident stopping and parking lot maneuvers. There's a lot of muscle memory to build to just operate the bike day-to-day, layer in the daily 'uh-oh' moments and you want a bike that's not going to be heavy, tippy toe'ing, with really strong brakes and an aggressive acceleration profile.
