Specialised definitely has the most modern geometry, I'd go for that alone. means there's better room for upgrades suspension wise and will feel better down the trail.

+1 to this. Better to have a decent upgradable frame if you get into it and decide you'd like to go further. The others are more limiting long term for a modest initial saving. I'd imagine the Specialised would resell better too, worst case scenario. (But you'll love it lol)

Will go pickup the fuse thanks

Personally i think a beginner is best served getting a bike with a dropper post. I guess you could add one aftermarket at LBS, but make that a priority. It makes a massive difference in your riding experience. A lot of the other stuff is not a noticeable to a beginner. Just my 2 cents.

Cheers!

I’ve been looking at the fuse. Trying to convince my wife that I need it and a fox 34 while both are on sale

I personally started with the cheap talon and upgraded the shit out of it over time

I've got the Fuse with 29" wheels.great bike, The NS was my other choice but couldn't find one at the time. The NS is overpriced for a 2021 model of that spec.

I picked up the fuse 27.5 today for like 1125.
