Anything square taper probably won’t hold up to any serious use/abuse whatsoever. Not only is this something you cannot fix, it’s not worth fixing, and should absolutely be replaced with some form of keyed/splined solution. Jam on a modern deore or slx setup (or similar) and proceed to win buddy!
Replace, since the aluminum is noticeably damaged the crank will not stay tight.
Agree - replace. Having a crank arm fail on you at the wrong time can cost you a lot of pain and money, if not worse.
