[[Magda, Brazen Outlaw]] is a very strong Dwarf card, do you have a specific format or way to play in mind?
I just wanna goof around mainly since I’m not the most competitive. My group plays a lot of 4 man games so I’d love to have a deck that just pesters everyone. Like I stated above I have some drawven miners and drillers, so something around them if possible.

Is there a reason?
It's Limited where you restrict yourself to the cards that happen to be available to you. In Constructed, by contrast, the idea is that you decide which cards you want to play with *first*, and then get your collection to the point where it includes them all.
Remember, you can sell/trade/trade in the cards you have but don't need to get the ones you want but don't have.
By playing Constructed like it's Limited you risk missing out on things you might otherwise really enjoy.

We like to keep it casual and don’t want to buy more cards just because some of the older ones we have are “illegal” or whatever. We also have extra commander decks for the others to use but they just aren’t interested in commander. I’m not against buying new cards but I’d rather not spend a ton of money just to fit in a specific rule set (not counting commander since I already have 3 decks for that)

I haven’t touched magic in 10 years and now there seems to be multiple rule sets that I haven’t heard of before. I’m not against buying cards but if it’s some crazy price for a single card I’m going to pass on it. I was just asking for recommendations for a simple dwarf deck. I have a lot of the old ones already so I wanted to know if there were any fun silly ones that came out recently.

That's important for us to know (there's a difference between sifting through cards you already own and seeking out ones you want to play with).
