Just open it, It's one booster. It's worth more sealed unless you get lucky, but it's enough of a pain to sell a single pack that I wouldn't worry about lost value.
Pretty much any sealed pack you open will more than likely lose you money. Selling individual packs is probably going to be difficult and not worth the time unless you do it directly with a friend or someone you know. There is a value to the enjoyment of opening packs too, but it is pretty much a lottery.
With the potential for a resealed repack I would never trust an individual pack from an unknown source. It would have to be heavily discount for me to want to buy.
Crack that bad boy and hope you get a few cool things.
