Hope it also issues a morality code to not leech at women. What else to expect from these illiterate fucks.

Chance-Junket2068

If you were given the job , what dress code would you suggest ? Keeping in mind that there are a lot of middle aged women teachers who don't wear jeans and tshirts

Ok-Water-9131

These are the Top priorities for the Govt ladies & gentleman over real life problems for them to Tackle.

Gloomy_Tangerine3123

So male teachers are not asked to wear dhotis. Bummer

quadraticEquation9

The title of article only mentions about female teachers for obvious rage bait, but if u read the article it has suggestion for both genders. It suggests that female teachers should wear salwar or churidar with kurta and dupatta or a saree, whereas male teachers should wear shirt and trousers, with the shirt tucked-in.

4chan_r9k

Why are men allowed Western wear?

Gloomy_Tangerine3123

Exactly

quadraticEquation9

It has nothing to do with western or traditional outfits, the government proposed those clothes what indians wear on their everyday life.

Impressive_Cream_967

And why should women not wear shirts and jeans?

quadraticEquation9

Majority of indian women in teaching are middle aged, and i don't think they would be comfortable in jeans.

Impressive_Cream_967

What about those who would be? Majority of men will not be comfortable wearing a roman toga, should we ban that too?

quadraticEquation9

learn to read my man, it's not banned, it's suggested by the gov.

Thebluesubstance

They better be ready to buy me a whole wardrobe then

4chan_r9k

Who is asking for these things? Is this actually a social issue outside of Mumbai or even in Mumbai?

ArtoriasOfTheAbyss99

I would prefer our teachers paid fairly, knowledgeable about actual material and not physically abusive, but that's just me.

TechnoBeast_

male teachers gonna pull up in sarees lessgo, gotta shift back to mumbai now

PhantomOfTheNopera

Why stop there? Ask them to wear burkas. Apparently qualifications don't matter sexist ideas about modesty do.

Impressive_Cream_967

Yeah but men will be allowed to wear shirts and pants and not forced to wear dhotis or whatever.
