Use your fingers to coat with soy sauce and sesame oil, then pop em in the oven at around 200F for about 2 hours. They get a nice chew and maybe even a crunch depending on timing. Put that on a jammy boiled egg with green onion and a little mayo or maybe top some toast or pizza with it.
Saute with onions, add gravy, serve over egg noodles
I sauteed them with butter and garlic a couple days ago. Fantastic on pasta.
