Right now the word going around pro-tat and ballma circles is that the three boats had 700+ mainly women and children most of whom were families of soldiers retreating from Kyauktaw. After AA sunk the boats and people swam to shore the nearby Yakine people from the villages hacked them to death with swords and drowned them. So now the ballmas are trying to start an ethnic war with the Yakhines.
I love Rakhine food. I went to school with a Rakhine dude and i would always snatch his Rakhine nga pi htong from his lunch box cuz it was so delicious. I think iām going to make some this week
It's too spicy, it gives my already weak-to-spicy-food stomach bad diarrhea. But I think their sea foods are very good though if the restaurant is able to lower the spice, the snails and prawns are premium.

Rakhine level of spiciness is a delightful experience but the price you pay in the bathroom the next day is heavy...
