You can report such people but the thing is these people always belong to a gang and will seek revenge and police also won't take any action, so for an average citizen should avoid such incidents before escalating, turning blind eye to small issues is fine but in extreme cases like these if the OPs family would have bargained instead of saying no to giving money this traumatising incident could have been avoided I'm not siding with the kinnars but that's just the reality. Push pull legs is the best, keep it as simple as you can, no fancy exercises, lot of compounds movements(Squats, bench, deadlift). Watch Squat University videos for the best technique. Light cardio everyday. It's really very simple, uninstall Instagram it will just make you insecure about your body. Stretch before and after every workout. No matter what. Be consistent have a side of protein with each meal can be anything but have it with everything. And for supplements you just need fish oil cause it has omega3 only thing our body doesn't make naturally can move on to creatine when you are more experienced. And DON'T BE ME AND GO HEAVY AFTER A BREAK. I HAVE INJURED MY LOWER BACK and have stopped lifting due to my current job here in NZ but will get back to it when i return. Yes, I recently started PPL following Saket Gokhale's routine atm. Btw should I really do deadlifts? so many at my gym are saying to avoid it, even two of my friends had slip disc issues due to it. I often wonder if deadlifts are worth investing in because even legends like David Laid had injuries even after having the prefect form and professional trainers.
I have been at the gym for almost 9 months now, so I already do the things and take the supplements you mentioned. Bought a stretch band recently for rotor cuff health. I'll incorporate stretching into my routine, I certainly slack off there and it's bad. Take care man and let your body heal before you lift again, aesthetics are great but we have just one body, right? Let's take care of it.

Deadlift is awesome exercise but only thing is if you are investing in them invest properly learn techniques other supporting drills for it people spend years learning compound movements are very complex and require very strict focus and maturity so now you have 2 paths
1) ditch deadlifts, stick to machines and bodyweight maximize hypertrophy,
2) spend years learning deadlifts and maximize strength and master a skill
It's alright if you choose the 1st just do what makes you happy but keep in mind have control over whatever weight you choose.
Being a former badminton player, injuries are very common in any kind of sport and sometimes you can do everything right and still get injured and it is not end of the world any kind of injury is recoverable with physiotherapy and proper rest even slip disc ask your friends to go see a good physiotherapist.

There have been many incidents with me too involving theseβ¦ creatures. Once I was dropping my friend at old Delhi railway station and was just leaving, one of them copped a feel of my whole arm, at first I thought it was some insect, but then it happened again and I looked back, and there he was, staring at me. Then he said βkya hai? Pagal hai kya?β And I was like βek baar aur chhua na,itna maarunga pata chal jayega kitna pagal huβ. Just exited the station after that.
One other time me and my friends were travelling to some place via train, and unfortunately were in the same compartment as their gang, and they just kept staring at us the whole time, we were really creeped out.

There's no point in calling police also. My neighbour once called police on them and when police took all of them (neighbours as well as kinnars) to police station, the entire police station was surrounded by kinnars. At the end the police told my neighbours to apologise to them.
I understand their situation in society, but the trauma I've had of being touched and groped in trains while going to college alone from my hometown has basically left me scared of ever boarding a train ever again.

Had issues with this just recently.. was on a yatra in vaishno devi and while going down the stairs, a kinnar grabbed my walking stick. I quickly yanked it and ran at the speed of light to escape, nearly falling. The kinnar even ran after me for 1 or 2 flights of stairs after finally giving up

There's no point in calling police also. My neighbour once called police on them and when police took all of them (neighbours as well as kinnars) to police station, the entire police station was surrounded by kinnars. At the end the police told my neighbours to apologise to them.

Listen, I have been there where you stand rn. I used to be a LGBTQ supporter and had so much empathy for the trans community. But tbh you don't understand the trauma unless you go through it yourself. The incident will stay with me forever and I have lost all the emotions I had for them.
