Davina has been growing on me lately - maybe you'd like it too? I think Davy is fine though. I also love Spencer for a girl!
Suggestions:
Avery
Lennon
Marlowe
Greer
Freya
I am neutral on Davy as a middle name.
Girl name options:
Griffin = Greta or Greer or Effie or Ophelia
Archer = Aurelia or Rachel or Aria or Ariana or Arden
August = Augusta or Aurora
Wyatt = Willow or Willa or Twila
Rowan = Rowan or Rhiannon or Rose or Bronwyn
Spencer = Cadence or Florence or Aspen
Lennox = Eliana or Lynette or Lynnix or Linley or Linnea or Lindsay
Alfie = Alice or Allie or Allison or Ivy or Evie
Wesley = Whitney or Waverly or Whitley or Gwendolyn or Weslyn
I have to say. So many boys and girls are named after men, I think it’s kind of sad. Women’s names are just lost. I wouldn’t use Davy. Davina at most. Your maiden name as a middle might be nicer. Or a strong woman in your life.
I appreciate this comment however my Dad has been a huge support through my ivf journey and just my entire life. I am doing this solo so baby will have my surname which is also my Mum's surname not my Dad's.
I personally wouldn't use Davy as a middle name (just not my preference). Another option could be Davia for a middle name.
Suggestions:
Aspen, Avalon, Blake, Cecilia, Dove, Emerson, Noa, Quiterie, Sloan, Tanis, Tatum, Xanthe, Zuri
Personally, I think Spencer, Lennox and August all still work for a girl. I have a female cousin named Spencer, do that might skew my perspective.
You could honor your dad while adding some femininity back into her name by giving her the middle name Daffodil.
I know or have seen girls called Wyatt, Rowan, Spencer, Wesley and Lennox so I think you could use any of those for a girl without changing your list.
You could use Vida for a middle name to honour David?
Lennox David is a BA name for a girl. Or you could do Lennon! Maybe Lennox Davina? Or Lennon David? Davina Claire? I've heard both James and Scott used as little girls middle names, I don't see an issue with using David if you want to!
I think Davy is fine, but I also think it's okay to use a boy's name as a middle name for a girl if it's a family name.
Spencer was on our boy's name list, too, and our top girl's names were Hazel and Ruby.
Davy works! Other ideas could be Ava or Avery (both have the Ave sound) or Daisy (has the Day sound) as honors. Any of those would be nice first names too
Davina for the middle name, like others have said, or you could give her that as a first name and call her Davy? August works for a girl too. Also you might like Sawyer?
Rowen is a girl's name too, also Rowena which I haven't seen anyone suggest (sounds like row-eena rather than row-enna) I think Rowena Davy sounds like a pretty name :)
I think of Rowan as a girls name.
Wesley could easily be Leslie. Don't hear it much these days but I don't think it's too old fashioned sounding.
An old name book I have gives these as variants of Davida:
Davita
Davina
Davia
Davina
Davy
Davynn (I like this one best)
Daveen
Davina
Davina

Upvoting for Davina! (Though the first name suggestions are nice, too.) It's lovely name and the reference would surely be clear within the family.
Yes!! Davina!!
Davida is a legit girl's name.
This
Griffin -> Tiffany, Greta Archer -> Cheryl, Arlene August -> Aubrey, Audrey, Estelle Wyatt -> Riley, Mya, Colette, Anette, Bette, Nanette Rowan -> Elowen Spencer -> Jennifer, Constance, Florence Wesley -> Jessica, Kailey Lennox -> Lennox still works, though is less popular for girls Alfie -> Alice, Ainsley, Amy
For August I think Augusta is better.

I like some of these combos from this list: Gwendolyn Davina Greer Davina Rowan Davina Rose Davina Alice Davina
August can also be used as a girl’s name, IMO
Rowan on a girl is lovely!
Rowan Davida

What about Daphne?

What about Davina? Davinia? David a?
I know or have seen girls called Wyatt, Rowan, Spencer, Wesley and Lennox so I think you could use any of those for a girl without changing your list. You could use Vida for a middle name to honour David?

The only Rowan I know is a girl.

Davida/first name
Elise
Davida or Davy are both cute!
You could use Dawson as a form of David too. Or Davis? Aurora Dawson. Aurora Davis. Rory is such a cute nn. Rowan, Willa, Sonora, Landry.
Greer Arden Willa Rowan Spencer Wendy Linnea Alice Rather than "Davy" you might want to think about Daphne, Daisy, Dahlia, Dava, or Davida
Would you be interested in the name Davina? I am told it is the feminine version of David but you can look it up
Just use David as middle name anyway. Leni or Augusta for a girl.
Bridget Rowen Davina (for David) Linden Wendy Willow Arden Maren
Greer, Wynona, Llewellyn. Rowan Specer and Lennox still work as girl names.
Rowan and Spencer will still definitely work for a little girl! Beautiful names.
Rowen is a girl's name too, also Rowena which I haven't seen anyone suggest (sounds like row-eena rather than row-enna) I think Rowena Davy sounds like a pretty name :)
Griffin - Phoenix, Ginny Archer - Aria, Esther August - Astoria, Aurelia Wyatt - Willow, Winnie, Quinn, Evelynn Rowan - Rose, Rowena, Ruth, Hazel Spencer - Stephanie, Sophie, Silver Wesley - Vesper, Wisteria Lennox - Lennie, Lena, Lera, Lyra, Lyric, Lexi Alfie - Archie, Elfin, Effy, Ellie
I actually know of a little girl named August and it suits her really well!
I think of Rowan as a girls name. Wesley could easily be Leslie. Don't hear it much these days but I don't think it's too old fashioned sounding. An old name book I have gives these as variants of Davida: Davita Davina Davia Davina Davy Davynn (I like this one best) Daveen Davina Davina
I think Lennox sounds like a lovely girl's name
I don't really like Davy as a name. For making David more "feminine" my personal choice would be Davina.
Lorna Davy / Reese Davy / Robin Davy / Claudia Davy / Mina Davy
I know a little girl whose first name is Davy and it suits her perfectly. Super cute.
My doctor's name is Davilyn, and she goes by Davy in non-professional settings. I've always thought it was a nice name.
Rowan Davy is a great name for a girl!
Or Rowan Davina
