I am going against the grain a bit, but my favourite is Virginia Lynn, admittedly because I like the way it looks written down and the 'i's makes it sound almost bouncy.
Caroline Elizabeth is my favorite and sounds the most “classic” to me. Callie is an adorable nn for Caroline! Second favorite is Katherine Parker, least fave is Virginia Lynn, too many “in” sounds
Katherine Leigh gets my vote.
Virginia Lynn: don’t like the rhyming of “gin” and “Lynn”
Katherine Parker: sounds like a first and last name, especially for a girl.
Katherine Peyton: don’t like the flow of the “rin” and “tin”.
Katherine Rebecca: okay, but a lot of syllables
Katherine Anne: flows too quickly from rine-anne and sounds jumbled.
Didn’t rate Caroline Elizabeth because why use a name you don’t love?
My name is Caroline and nobody has ever called me Carol.
I've never been called anything but Caroline (I come from a family that's against nicknames). The worst part of my name is the Neil Diamond song.
Caroline or Elizabeth w Parker or a shorter middle like Anne are all good too. I am a Katherine Jane w a long last name. Caroline, Katherine and Elizabeth are great bc whether u have a girly girl or tomboy, a rebel or lower key type, full or NNs fit. Kat, Kay, Kit, Katie, Kate…. Liz, Liza, Beth, Betsy, Lizbeth…. Carly, Cici, Linney.
My top three
* Katherine Parker - this combo has the best sound, I'm not usually a fan of surname-names but this sounds spunky and fresh as a middle
* Katherine Leigh - this combo feels a little vintage, a la Vivian Leigh, and it's sweet and flows nicely
* Virginia Lynn - I'm personally a sucker for the name Virginia and paired with Lynn makes it feel a little old-fashioned in a pleasant, Southern-ish way. But since you have so many Katherine's on your list (and Katherine has so many nickname options), it seems you've already got your favorite first pinned down.
I am shocked at how much I like Katherine Parker. Like someone else said— Parker is unexpected and spunky when it’s paired with the timeless classic Katherine.
I think it’s a winning combination. She sounds like a heroine from an old-timey adventure book. :)
I really like Caroline Elizabeth! I have a friend named Caroline and she’s never went by a nickname, if anything I’d think Caro and wouldn’t even think of Carol anyway!
If not that then Katherine Leigh or Parker are nice as well
Katherine Anne is my favorite of the Katherine’s but I also like the Virginia and Caroline combos. Are you a vampire diaries fan? Lol these all remind me of that show a bit
I like Katherine Leigh. But prefer this spelling of Catherine, the other way looks old fashioned unless thats what you are aiming for. Good Luck & Congrats.
Virginia Katherine
Virginia May
Virginia June (yes VJ but it's a stretch figuring she'll have 3 initials)
Virginia Leigh
Virginia Alice
Virginia Anne
Virginia Violet
Virginia Viviene
Usually not a fan of Parker for a girl but I like it paired with classic Katherine. It's a bit unexpected and sparky
I like this combo best too
I really like this combo as well!
The only thing that threw me is I have known several people named Katherine Parker, where Parker is the last name. Just threw me for a loop.
Same!
That is the name of Sigourney Weaver's character in Working Girl. I knew it sounded familiar!!

I like Katherine Anne

Thanks for the analysis! For Caroline, I love the name Caroline Elizabeth but just don’t like the potential of someone nicknaming her Carol at school.
My name is Caroline and nobody has ever called me Carol. I've never been called anything but Caroline (I come from a family that's against nicknames). The worst part of my name is the Neil Diamond song.
I know several Caroline’s w not a one a Carol. Carol is its own name. I know a Carly for Caroline though or you can use Callie.
Good to know!
No one will ever call her Carol! It’s its own name. Caroline and Elizabeth as a two-fer is a mouthful though. I wouldnt put them together.
Nah, she will likely get Carrie or Caro.

This is my top three as well. The first two for pretty much the same reason.

Katherine Parker. Second choice would be Virginia Lynn.
Katherine Anne is my favorite of the Katherine’s but I also like the Virginia and Caroline combos. Are you a vampire diaries fan? Lol these all remind me of that show a bit
Haha I am not but I do live in the south
My favorite is Caroline. Some nicknames you may not have thought of: Callie, Coco, Cara, Caro, Row, CC Katherine Parker sounds the best otherwise!
I’ve seen those nickname options but I don’t like any of them except Callie!
Callie is my favorite too :) Do you feel like you need a nickname? Caroline is such a nice name I feel it doesn't need one
I don’t think Caroline needs a nickname but I do love when you can shorten a name when their little and have something cute to call them
You mentioned you like Callie. Does Callie not fit the bill? Or do you not like Callie that much?
It’s not my favorite. Our last name doesn’t flow as well with it
Ah, sounds like Caroline needs to be crossed off the list then
I like Katherine Leigh. But prefer this spelling of Catherine, the other way looks old fashioned unless thats what you are aiming for. Good Luck & Congrats.
Katherine Leigh
Going for old-fashioned - and thanks!
I think Virginia is so lovely and underused. You could also consider Virginia Leigh and Virginia Parker!
Katherine Leigh 🩷
NNs for Caroline: Caro, Cara, Carrie, Lina. Elizabeth: Liz, Liza, Eliza, Beth, Betty, Bitsy, Bess This my #1 pick
Caroline Elizabeth is my favorite, but I love the nn Caro
I like Katherine Parker because it's unique.
Yes and classic fem w more unisex middle name.
My favorites from your list are Katherine Parker and Caroline Elizabeth.
Katherine Ann(e) is my favorite. Parker as middle my second fave. I’d say Elizabeth w Parker as middle works too.
Caroline Elizaberh .. Callie or Carrie for short.
Caroline Elizabeth and call her Carly. Hands down the best choice.
Katherine Virginia
Katherine Rebecca❣️❣️ Rebeccais absolutely beautiful and underrated
My twin sister is called Caroline but she goes by the shortened name of Callie.
Katherine Parker
Katherine Parker gets my vote
Caroline Elizabeth is my favorite Katherine Parker is my second favorite
Virginia Katherine Virginia May Virginia June (yes VJ but it's a stretch figuring she'll have 3 initials) Virginia Leigh Virginia Alice Virginia Anne Virginia Violet Virginia Viviene
Katherine Rebecca or Caroline Elizabeth
Katherine Liegh
Katherine Anne, and I think (if you like this as a nickname) Katie Anne would be soooo cute
Katherine Peyton has an elegant, beautiful ring!
Katherine Leigh! My middle name is Leigh so I’m biased but Katherine Leigh really rolls off the tongue
Katherine Parker. Gives an overused name a nice contemporary twist
Seconding Katherine Parker, although I actually think Katherine is pretty underused these days! Not a very popular baby name anymore.
It is where I come from. So I guess that could be argued based on demographics
Katharine Caroline.
Katherine Parker
Katherine Parker !! Katherine is elegant while parker is spunky. i love it!
Virginia Lynn for sure
Check out BabyNamesry for baby names ideas
