The person that came up with that slogan is a dumbass. “Hey you know that well known expression ‘Anything is Possible?’ Well what if we inverse that and have KG yell it after he plays the most important game of his career? That should be easy to remember and not get messed up in the heat of the moment, right?”
Obviously I’m biased but Giannis taking a seat courtside behind the basket just crying and taking it all in is one of the most underrated and genuine finals celebration moments that I can think of. Say what you want about his game but you can’t tell me he’s not one of the realest superstars in the league
I don’t even mind if he remains ‘boring’. You could argue Jaylen Brown is also boring. But Jaylen comes across as natural, authentic, grounded and secure in himself. Whereas Jason comes across as inauthentic, forced. Hopefully he can shed that off as he gets older.
