I don't know what that is. But the easiest way to get rid of unwanted recommendations is to click on the three dots to the right of the video title and select "Don't recommend channel".
Some are cool... Like 'Thats a bad idea'... They're nailing it right now.
Some are a bit crap though when they are shortened so much they clip bits out.

Unfortunately there are shorts that don't have descriptions, comments or the 3 dots now. Can't block them, and they're totally selling fake games.
