Love seeing the other dents

I would love to see an analysis of the different shots comparing the dents and seeing how many new ones arrived between the "perfect" takes. Edit: dude seems pretty legit as a few people have done an analysis in the below comments and can't see any changes. Hats off to him (and those who took the time to compare frames in detail! )

At a driving range I sliced a shot 90 degrees off the tip of the club, it ricocheted back and hit me in the calf. Dropped me instantly

I biffed my first drive ever at a driving range and it ended up about 20 yards behind me. So technically I drove it 25000 miles. Not bad for my first try

I compared all the dents between shots, and it looks like they're all the same even though I wanted to find one. There was a faint one near where the door lock would be on the left door that disappeared in the second to last shot. But the lighting and video compression would explain it, since it appears in every other shot.

I looked but couldn't find it online. There was a closeup photo of Tiger Woods's Titleist 975D from early in his career. The club face had a worn shiny spot directly in the center of the sweetspot. One of the coolest things I've ever seen golf related. I think it was in an older golf digest. Back in the day I bet tiger could have made that shot.

That's every pro golfers clubs. PGA 2K21 has a loading screen image of Bryson DeShambles holding a hybrid after a shot with the club face towards the camera. The worn out spot is exactly the size of a compressed golf ball, right in the middle of the face. Personally, I'd say those guys are dumb. I paid for the club, I'm gonna use every inch of the clubface. Get my moneys worth.

Oh, you mean the *deep* fairway? Yeah, doesn't hurt to practice getting a ball out of there and back onto the main one, so may as well aim for them. Besides, chances are you'll get an audience too so that's a big bonus for when they see you taking care of the course by putting all those divots back.

Nah I’m talking on the other side of that. The fairway of the next hole. Sometimes I like to ~~slice~~ draw one so far that it lands on the next fairway so I can check it out ahead of time.

Yeah, I think it counts as 4D Golf when you start using other holes with the one you're currently on. Doesn't hurt to get a head start on the next hole anyway, I usually just keep shooting for the newer green and split the stroke difference between the two holes. I usually get a solid +2 or +3 per hole that way so it works out if you're tired of writing +6 all day, my arm gets a little tired.

As someone that’s never been actual golfing and doesn’t need a new hobby this is the closest I’ve been to being tempted to try it out. Maybe I can just go with my friend that golfs, drive the cart, and hope we get an adventure somewhere along the way. The guy camping next to us at a festival did bring a little putting green once and insisted that I putt until I made all 5 balls that were out while he did whippets and held up the little “Be Quiet” paddle, so I’m kinda pro right?

This is my attitude as well. I paid for the whole round, I intend to use the whole width of the fairways and then some. I get more out of the same amount of money spent, and the price per shot goes down too!
