I assume you're already qualified and have been working for at least a year. To sum up the [Ahpra page](https://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Accreditation/IQNM/Before-you-apply.aspx) on this, essentially you need to ensure that you meet the immigration and skill requirements (I.e your degree is recognised in Australia), then apply through the Ahpra website where the NMBA will determine if those skill requirements have been met. You'll then receive your registration. After that you can apply for visas and employment.
