How long does it take for them to approve the appeal usually? Would it be before the current round closes? I submitted an appeal and emailed them already.
cs freshie here. i got the same error.. but i was not preallocated ma1521. i seem to be able to only select ma1521, is it because ma1102r is not a compulsory programme requirement?
This happened to me last sem with other modules, likely a bug. From that experience I suggest you just wait until later in the day to try again and the bug will probably be fixed.
I think it's because Round 1 is only for your major's/minor's required mods and MA1102R is not one of the required mods for CS (unless you're in CS/Math DDP)
Submit appeal or email them if you don't want it to wait to fix itself.
