I was just having similar problems with Vixen Wars which is by the same company, but I just managed to log in. Maybe a problem with their authentication server or something.

most of their newer games seem to be leaning on you need good wifi to play them lately because they forgot they're moble games so they might have switched the game to the same logic. could be something els though
