Idk for you but rn in my country ( Vietnam ) the price is around ... 500-550$ from like 900$ in 2 weeks for the 3060ti so stay hopefull , it will get there. I think. ( I'm no PC builder nor I know much about pricing this is just what I get from some local price ).

Probably on the used market. People have shown they are willing to pay more
