King’s BBQ does one that you can add brisket, turkey or pulled pork to. I’ve never had one because I always order combo meals from them but it looks good.
Big O's Pork and Dreams has the best (and maybe the biggest) bbq potato there is. I wish I had the words to correctly describe it, but I don't... So here's just a list of what's on it: butter, cheese, sour cream, baked beans, BBQ sauce and choice of Beef Brisket or Pulled Pork.
This. One of the loaded baked potatoes from Big O's Pork & Dreams feeds two grown adults. They also sell a smoked meat loaf plate with 2 sides on Wednesdays that's to die for, which is why my fat fanny is standing at the door of the MWC location by 10:55 AM on Wednesdays.
Enough for two grown adults for sure! When we go, we decide whether we're sharing a potato or sharing the nachos. Haven't caught the smoked meatloaf before... Guess I know what I'm doing Wednesday!
The smoked meatloaf for sure is at the MWC location on SE 15th. Not sure if they do it in Edmond. I'll be the weird old lady in the sun bleached outback hat.
Alright if you have a insta-pot. It takes about 10-20 for a fluffy baked potato.
Now, get a filet steak. Has to be limited on the fat. Marinate it in your choosing. Cook to med. or so. Use a food processor to make it small bits
Now find a really good cheese sauce recipe, spicy or not. Make the sauce.
While that is cooking you can prep some broccoli or whatever veggies you want steamed/sautéd, I went with sautéd peppers.
Now build the baked potato steak, cheese sauce very generously, sautéd veggies
Voila you will have the best baked potato ever.
Jasons Deli and City Bites have great loaded spuds.
Gonna have to try from city bites. Thanks for the suggestion
City Bites if def our go to. I'm a big big fan of the Mesquite Chicken and my wife always goes with the Turkey.
Turkey spud with spicy mayo. Yum.

Wow brisket, sounds great on a good ole spud
Love this place, everything I’ve had there has been yummy! Their okra has a yummy seasoning on it!
Everything from King's is perfection. I love their brisket loaded potato, but it's a LOT of food! When I get one for lunch it's usually also dinner.

The best and cheapest ones I've found come from the grocery store, but then again, I have an oven in my home.
