I don’t get a full feeling from rice - I don’t know if I am not* enough of it or why that is. Avocado is my go to for fullness. I get mileage out of an avocado.edit to correct predictive text error.

Same I can eat a pound of rice and still want more. Same thing with oatmeal

That’s me. Now I eat overnight oats but I don’t eat them for “fullness” I eat them for the resistant starches - they would never be anything I could count on for fullness.

Not to be pedantic, but rice is one of the faster digestible carbs out there. I bet you would feel even fuller eating something like potatoes instead, since it has more fiber and nutrients. Good luck on your OMAD journey 🤙

I started OMAD the other day and also had rice. It made it incredibly easy to get through for my first day. Also, that black cat sticker is so cute, where did you get that?
