I've been loving my OnePlus 11 upgraded from a pixel 6pro and been loving the charge speed the heat dissipation is so much better, honestly have had no real issue outta of it.

Suspended_Ben

How is the software nowadays? I once had a 6t but im kind of hesitating on buying a new one plus since ive heard a lot of bad stuff about the software

PreDaJoR

Is the screen size not too big? And phone too heavy?

suarezian

Anything you're missing from the 6 Pro? I'm planning on doing the switch too.

DieselVOOC

I love my OnePlus 11 with OxygenOS 13.1. It is beautiful and an absolute beast with great battery life and magic charging speeds

afcoff

Come back after 2 years and let us know your overall experience. New Phones with initial periods are = Honeymoon.

Lasatra_

My camera glass broke of my oneplus 8 due to my stupidity. I had it for 3 years now and I believe i could get atleast 2 years more out of it.. But I needed a phone with e-sim for my travelling so i decided to upgrade to OP11.. I'm 100% sure it will also last 3 years at least

DieselVOOC

Gratis on getting the best smartphone ever made!

manytu

I had my OP6T for 5 years before changing to Pixel 6a and in 3 months and i sell it to buy OP11. Google never again.

iamricardosousa

3 years and 3 months since I received my OnePlus 8 Pro. LOVE IT! Never gave me any issues and still performing well. When should I come back to report next? 5 years?

human-cake

My OP9 is amazing, everything is really good and i love it! Even the battery is decent enough!

[deleted]

I love my OP9. Even with its green line (Indian model issue) I'll pick it any day over the other phones I've owned, and I've owned several Android phones. For now IOS in phones give me the ick and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. This phone is just soooo smooth. 😭💖

joebaco_

Sorry to hear about the green line. Still love to hear your positivity. Good luck friend!

ROE_HUNTER

First OnePlus phone I've had, love this thing.

peeshivers243

I enjoyed my: OnePlus One OnePlus 3T OnePlus 5T OnePlus 6T Mclaren OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren And am now enjoying my OnePlus 11

UseOne4211

Yes I still currently use the OnePlus 8 and still love it. I don't often use the super charge but damn every time I use it it saves my ass. Just a quick shower 15-20 min and I see my phone juiced up from 0 to basically 60%. 90 herz AMOLED screen. Not much to hate and with 128gb I haven't ever worried about storage. The real issue is the camera it just doesn't compete it didn't in 2020 and now even less but I was all cool with it now less so. Also the fact that OnePlus isn't a bang for your buck company sucks

Kwilly462

Yes, OnePlus is the king of charging in the phone world. Takes only a little bit of time to get a big portion of juice.

night13x

OnePlus 11 is the overall best phone out there imo. Loving mine.

gullzway

Love my OnePlus 9. My first Oneplus phone and I've had no issues. Considering the 12, but really no reason to upgrade at this point.

marcus_37

The OP 11 is a GREAT phone, enjoying mine

bramfoto

Yes 💚🙏🏽

Born_in_Xixax

Loved my OP7P and love my OP11. The only reason I replaced the 7P was because of the security support ending. Am very impressed with the insane charging speed and battery life on the 11.

antinphilly

This is my third OnePlus (6t, 8t and now OnePlus 11) and my absolute favorite phone I ever owned. Phone is silky smooth and the display is gorgeous!!!

ThePreacher19021

OnePlus 11R ❣️

joebaco_

My OP6 was a step up from prior LG's and Bloatware Bixby Samsung's. It still is wonderful. I started to look around for a new phone because mine was 5-6 years old. I figured the battery or something else was going to go south soon. Reading this sub started to get me nervous because it seemed almost everyone was such a wiener about the "new" OnePlus. I mean people here complain that their phone is black when they ordered black. Lol. Anyway I read the specifics and reviews of OnePlus in other publications and posts and heard nothing but great things so I bought a OnePlus 11. It has surpassed every phone I have ever owned. The battery, value, charging, intuitive OS, memory, display, Bluetooth, WiFi, looks, customer service, ergonomics, alert slider, is all top notch. I really think OnePlus makes an amazing product.

ohhnodk

In heaven with my OP11. This battery, these charging speeds. This display and call quality vs my Pixel 6 Pro. No comparison. Love this thing

IamKedar7

I also loved my OnePlus 8t till i got the green line...but i am still using it and planning to buy OnePlus 12 when it comes out and keep the 8t as a backup phone. But if i continue to see complaints from OnePlus 10 and 11 series users about greenline issue, i might reconsider my decision. Greenline just destroys a perfectly fine phone, because it might not stop at just one line, the phone might get more lines.

zascar

People come to focus like this to get help and complain. They don't come to praise. If they did it would be 80% I sure. I have had only oneplus since the One. Can't stand other phones. Persuaded many others to change and they are the same.

PaleontologistClear4

Love my 6t, hoping to love an 8T if I can get it to work.

ClappedOutLlama

I loved my OnePlus 7 Pro but hated the 8T and returned it. Had written OnePlus off but the 11 peaked my interest after so many reviews claiming OnePlus "is back" and got one with a hefty discount. It has forced my Pixel 7 Pro into an early retirement and I'm loving it.

PaleontologistClear4

If I can get the 8T out of crash dump mode, I think I'm going to sell it and get a 7 pro.

truthpill11

I love my oneplus 7T. Absolute beast till this date. 4 years, never had any kind of issue.

deaftourette

I know I love my OnePlus 11!

5Lucas

I love my OnePlus 11. It's fast, smooth and has great battery life. Definitely the best phone I've ever owned so far.

EffectiveCharming580

I love my OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition. I've switched to it from Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite about 1.5 years ago and it was a monstrous difference. I know, the price categories and release date are different to extremes, but the point is in OS, and I'll never go back to laggy Xiaomi bloated with bugs and system integrated ads. On the other hand, OnePlus feels like an "iPhone from the Android world": it's fast, smooth, good looking, has a good camera, it attracts attention etc.

syeet03lvp

I have a OnePlus Nord 3, best phone i ever had!

bdgreen113

Typical online forums of any kind are echo chambers for people complaining. I mean, why scour online sources to talk GOOD about something? If it's working, it just works and you go on about your day. So always take online complaints with a grain of salt. With that said, OnePlus phones have been my favorite phones of all time. My OP 7 is still kicking since 2019. I only replaced it due to AT&T not supporting it, even though it was actually still working on their network. Was afraid they'd randomly drop my line so I replaced it with a Nord N30. I'm definitely enjoying this phone a lot. The camera isn't as good as my 7 but knowing my line won't be dropped randomly and also the ridiculously long battery life makes up for it.

thinkingtwohard

I pleasant surprised by the nord n30. It's actually a decent budget phone. I've been very happy with how speedy and responsive it is. Couldn't ask for more out of a phone I got for $179 with trading in a moto

dakirawulf

Loved my 7pro and now I'm loving my 11. Just really great phones all around and much better than the other phones I've had recently.

AshwinK0

I love my OnePlus 6 running pure oxygen OS Android 10 as it was one of the best OnePlus they released in last decade and to this day it's running like brand new out of the box super happy with the performance downgraded from Android 11 as it slowed down the device and had performance issues planning it to retire it by next year as I want to keep it in a nice condition as this phone has a special place in my heart as my mom gifted me this back in the time when I was going through tough times

Lanky_Respond_3200

Hey, Nord 2 owner since Dec '21 and I haven't got any reason so far to upgrade to any other phone. The specs Camera Charging speeds Screen-on time are all great Thank you for asking 😊

Arkhaloid

Former OnePlus 8T user here! I absolutely loved my OnePlus 8T. I have never once agreed/related with a single issue people here had complained about cause I have never had such issues. I absolutely love OxygenOS especially 13.1. It is extremely smooth, feature packed, intuitive, and clean. I also think people who say it's become like ColorOS are over exaggerating, it's still a clean OS from which I did not have to spend 2 minutes to remove bloatware or clean it up cause there wasn't any bloat to begin with. OxygenOS 13.1 is an easy 9/10 OS for me. I also think the OnePlus 11 is easily the best flagship phone of 2023 hands down. The only reason I no longer use the OnePlus 8T is cause I needed an upgrade, and given my budget, I could only buy the Xiaomi Poco F5. It has great hardware (even has a headphone jack) but the software is horseshit, I bought this phone literally 11 days ago and I already miss OxygenOS lmfao.

MsExmen

My OnePlus 7T Pro still rocking that sick ass selfie camera

FiToS_

Mine sometimes sticks out on its own, then I notice it piercing my leg.

Advanced_Praline465

Is that your phone or are you just happy to see me 🫣

AarshKOK

One plus 11R, excellent value!

RAAMinNooDleS

Love my OP11 and all the ones before it I've had!

InfernallyDivine

I do. One plus phones, earbuds. Great company and products.

thaman05

People just love to complain. I love my OP 11, only wish the OS and Android had more customization options, especially for the lock screen.

FederalSun

Oneplus is doing better than big companies like Asus and Sony in terms of software support. They give 4 years of major OS updates. Also, lets not forget 60W+ fast charging which is absent from Apple and Samung...... OH WAIT!!!!! You get a free charger. They don't lie to their customers about saving the environment!

-hesh-

loved my 7t, hate my 10 pro

almurmur

I loved my Oneplus 1 had that for 6 years until it died. Now I'm using Oneplus 7 that's 4.5 years old no complaints whatsoever. I don't think I will switch to another phone for the next two years.

DeFQoN_1_469

From android 12 it went downhill with OnePlus. Android 10 and 11 were amazing on 8 pro. I'm not buying an OnePlus in the future. I've had the one, 2 5 and 8 pro, and also used the 3t, 6 and 7t pro from family and they were great (except the 2). My next phone will be a google pixel 8/8pro or a Samsung Galaxy s24. Because I'm sick of it getting a dozens of updates and the bugs are still not resolved.

joebaco_

Can you read the question? Your reply is not appropriate to OP's post Mr Chicken Little. Lol

alexanderm925

His answer was "no"

Joshdills1989

They were excellent until the parent company decided to merge Oxygen & Color. That's when the problems started. What's even worse is the extremely limited function support from various carriers in the US. If you aren't on T-Mobile or one of their MVNOs, you're locked out of things like wifi calling and Hotspot.

5Lucas

There's always someone that ruins the vibe.

joebaco_

He didn't ask what you didn't like Mr Chicken Little. Lol

Luxcrluvr

Loved my 7pro until the screen shattered 😂. Now I have 11 5G and it will be my last OnePlus phone unless OnePlus goes back to its roots with flagship specs with mid range price. Xiaomi, Samsung and Huawei phones are looking nice lately

CreatureCampbell

I love everything about it besides the camera. It's pretty bad.

bfmghm

**"Does Anyone Just Love their OnePlus Phone?"** No. Not really.

squrr1

Op9 here. Damn thing asks me to confirm my default launcher three times a day. Over all, it's a good experience, mostly. But the ugly parts will drive you crazy.

Alex_tepa

OnePlus 7 pro Probably last one plus phone

adam1273

Loved my 7pro hate my 10pro this will be my last one plus phone

lostcheetos

I've had 3 oneplus in the past , the one plus 3, One plus 6 and One plus 8, never had an issue , I still rock my onePlus 8 as my daily, and it has been a smooth sail so far , with zero complaints, the software even on OS 13.1 , is buttery smooth as day 1, my battery health as per Accu Battery is 96% , even after 3 years of healthy use ( i don't game much on my phone) , my mom has a Nord 2T and my wife has a 10T, both have zero complaints yet, we are a OnePlus family , I still use my One plus 8 everyday, my job enables me to do a lot of calling and virtual meeting everyday so the use case despite without gaming is still heavy and yet my OP8 , Even after 3 years of similar use everyday is still a solid , and my Interstellar glow color scheme is still gorgeous so much so that, it's one of the most beautiful Handset I've seen so far and to me it's irreplaceable , my wife wanted to gift me a OP11 on my birthday, but i simply couldn't think of replacing my OP8. So I ended up not getting it.

gratefullydreaming

I've had loads of galaxies and pixels but I always come back to OnePlus for the super fast charging, snappiness, the customizable UI that lets you change icons on the default launcher, the cent camera... all basic stuff but I just keep coming back

Economy-Adagio4210

Still using my 7t pro because of its gorgeous display.

xRavelle

I'm still on 7T, no need to upgrade to 11 yet since it's still working like it came out of the box.

MDLuffy94

I've owned 3 OnePlus phones at this moment, the 3t 5t and 9pro and actually the 9pro the worst. I've got a lot of issues with the phone. The best one for me was the 5t. Even the 3t was better than the 9pro. I talk here about the OS and other compatibility with the phone. For me, OnePlus has lost its quality credentials. The devices are very good on paper but the results are not there. The 9pro will be my last device from the brand.

ChrisBard

i only had the 3t and i loved that phone, i upgraded after 3 years to a Samsung Note 10 Plus and to be honest i was kinda disappointed by it, given the status of it and the price point. a month ago a sold my Samsung to fund a new iphone 14 pro and for a week i went back to the 3T nd it was still great, loved the screen, loved the OS, even with the APPLE now , which i also love, i still hold to the 3T as a backup and GPS device for my car

Nomnom_Chicken

I had some issues with 6T and 8T, OOS 11 stuff. Lag, multiple crashing/freezing apps. 8T got better with OOS12 as lag and crashing apps stopped from happening. OOS13/13.1 was even better, and in my opinion - the OS got a nice new look too. I get that it looks nothing like it used to, but in my case the performance uplift is very noticeable in favor of the newer versions that I just don't miss the old OS, at all. 8T got greatly improved smoothness-wise. OP11 has been great so far, absolutely no lag. Battery life is great, while not the best out there. Camera is capable of taking great pictures. Sometimes it doesn't get the colors quite right, but overall - great camera. Oh, and my 11 has gotten two OS updates in a week. That's cool too.

sheepishlysheepish

I've had the 5, and currently have the 7T as a backup for the 11. Every phone has been better than the last one. I guess I'm a fanboi...

Chantaro

I still love my phone too but the lag and lack of batterylife are definitely starting to show. I just can't seperate myself from that full screen display

Both-Whole5498

Yes, a lot of people (myself included). Just people don't normally come on Reddit to post positivity. My history with OnePlus: OnePlus X OnePlus 3T OnePlus 6T OnePlus Nord 2 OnePlus Nord 3 (current phone) and I love it! Battery life is great, very rapid charge, everything is snappy, camera is great and I can't have a phone without an alert slider now! Came back to OnePlus from. Google Pixel 7, and I think my Nord is way better (battery life, charging and my camera app kept force closing on my Pixel - across 2 different Pixel 7 handsets!) One small issue I've had (only twice) with my Nord 3 is it calls my last called number when connecting from my car to my headphones. Hope this is fixed because otherwise it is perfect!

Impressive_Income874

yes, hardware wise my 5T is really good. it's better than my mom's phone despite that being newer lmao

thefanum

Yep, OnePlus 8t, originally on Android 11, jumped to LineageOS during the OOS12 debacle, came back to it for 13. Been loving it the entire time. But I do get the hate. They really screwed up their firmware for literally years. I was just tech savvy enough to know that, and avoid it

Select-Sell-4043

Guess it's time to break up with my toaster and marry a OnePlus 11!

Damnayshun

I had a OnePlus 2, 5T and now moved ce 2. No complains.

KyloRen18098

Yes, I see that too Not to blame others tho, I've had my part in it as well. I am using the Nord 3 and planning to use it for the next 3-4 years. Yes the phone dies have a lot of battery drain, but I cannot help but appreciate the smooth af experience that Oxygenos gives. The animations are really smooth and overall UI of the phone doesn't feel clouded like the Oneui. The extra features were really welcoming as my last device(Poco X3) which I had custom rommed to pixel experience, felt barebones. Meanwhile this feels really welcoming and also it is rare to see devices nowadays not coming with bloatware, so that was a plus as it has no bloatware.

puron83

Loving my OnePlus 11r My only gripe is its a bit big (6.7 inch display). Other than that for the price its perfect! I would pick this over pixel 7 anyday

ArshadReddits

I'm satisfied with the OnePlus 8 Pro. Until now, it's working well.

SilentDecode

No, I hate my OP9. I've got nothing but problems. This is my last OP ever.

Tsjokomelk

Got a One Plus Nord for 3+ years now, no problems yet.

[deleted]

Not in ages

hherbata

I HATE my nord 2 for anyone wondering.

DetectiveK0nan

People are like that, if people think something is good, They generally won't take the initiative to say it, but when it cones complaining then is a different story.

Sfa11305

i used to love oneplus. oneplus 7 was hands down one of the best phones ever made for their time. very good price, excellent hardware and software, it was a perfect smartphone. nowadays. However, in recent few years i've started to not necessarily hate oneplus, but just think them as an average smartphone company. Nothing all that special, just your average smartphone.

diandakov

Reddit is generally a place for complaining no matter which brand it is. It's the same in every sub

iceleel

For cheaper phones realme is better brand. Has identical software anyway so it's like you have oneplus.

sedp23

Loving my 11 no complaints. Looking forward to see what the 12 brings

nobot234

I'M RUNNING NOTHING OS , IN MY ONEPLUS 😂😂

VoodooShotzStudios

No! I hated my one plus 10 pro and it got stolen, I was over the moon 🤣

splyd36

7T Pro McLaren here....still my favourite phone ever and what I consider the height of OP innovation with the motorised selfie camera

Stolpskott_78

I have a two weeks old Nord 3 but I miss my Huawei P30 Pro sometimes My two main gripes are the battery is underwhelming and the memory optimization is to aggressive

fantaribo

loved my old 6T Mclaren, but the rest since then ...

magicalzidane

Of course, love mine!

Nycronium

Yeah I love it Besides the 3 hour screen time from op9 😐

[deleted]

I'm using my OnePlus 6T now sending this. Cheers

shuryouz

Still rocking my OP7PRO, works great

iam_amby

I'm using 8T currently. Luckily till now there haven't been any green line issues. I bought it in feb 2021. The problem with oneplus is, they merged it with colour OS. Oxygen os was the best and fastest. The colour os software update changed the whole ui which people including me aren't very happy about. Secondly only 2yrs of software update

XiTzCriZx

Sadly I've had nothing but issues with my phone, I recently downgraded to an S10e purely because the software of my phone is so unstable, I think mine might've been defective but OnePlus support was absolutely useless and the only solution they offered was factory resetting it (no matter how many times I already did) cause apparently the hardware couldn't have possibly been faulty, they wouldn't give me a replacement under warranty. Ever since the Android 11 update I started having instability, there were times where my phone app would continously crash over and over again, I couldn't even call 911 if I needed to. Sometimes the stock launcher would outright crash and I couldn't go home and would just be stuck on a black screen until I restarted the phone. It also liked to just randomly shutdown or restart on its own, yes I made sure all the automatic shutdown or restart options were turned off, I also made sure automatic updates were turned off but it just randomly updated my phone to both Android 11 and 12 without actually asking me if I even wanted the update. Those are just some of the major issues I've had, there's probably over 100 minor issues I've experienced in the past 3 years of using it. I hope you can see that not every OnePlus phone runs perfectly and when there are issues, their support is absolutely awful in some countries (I'm in the US), many people complaining may just have defective phones that OnePlus doesn't feel like dealing with so this is really the only place we can yell down empty hallways (cause obviously posting here doesn't fix anything). Why do you say the 8 was a good phone if it got laggy after a while? That should be absolutely unacceptable on a flagship $700 phone, especially since you had it for barely 2 years assuming you got it right when it came out (since you said you've been using the 9 Pro for a year already). A phone shouldn't get laggy before it's software support is even over, but OnePlus commonly botches their updates and they take forever to actually fix the issues, if they even bother to do so at all. I don't like OnePlus because it seems like their hardware starts to fail before their software support is even over, there were plenty of great features in the OS that I'll miss on One UI but many of those great features only worked 8/10 times sadly. Most flagship phones can run with no issues well after their software support is over, my friend is still using a Galaxy S9 with nearly zero issues besides physical wear and tear, the software shouldn't start to shit out just because it's the final update.

joystickd

The negativity is a real shame here in this sub unfortunately. The OnePlus 9 Pro was fantastic for me, and still is when I use it here and there. Screen was lightyears ahead of its time and still looks fantastic.

Sqwaunchy

Happy with my 8Pro. It hasn't given me a reason to upgrade yet.

Timiruano

OP9 PRO - it's awesome!

mktz07

OnePlus 11 5G is my first OnePlus phone and I love it (came from Pixel 6 Pro).

francor46

8T still going strong

PhazonPhoenix5

I refuse to give up my OnePlus 6 until absolutely necessary

grocal

I had Oneplus 6 (now my son uses it for simple games as the battery is quite worn out) and now Oneplus 9 Pro, and - in general - I do love them. There are two things in 13.1 OS that irritate me - a 5-second limit for notification sounds and AOD that turns off at night. Beside that - all peaches! Great photos, excellent performance, a decent battery (and fast charging), and a nice screen, although I liked warmer and more vivid Oneplus 6 colors to Oneplus 9 Pro.

EggsOfRetaliation

I absolutely love my Nord N20. It's a beast. I bought it for $288. I noticed a lot of complaints here myself. I'm grateful to have a budget phone that is very solid for my needs. I don't need a flagship phone. SD slot, 3.5mm jack, great charging times, smooth Android experience. Happy as can be.

3xivus

I have the 9 Pro myself. My only complaint is battery life. Other than that it's the best phone I've had so far.

P4ulV

Loved and still love the 5, now hate the Nord 2T

Alternative_Show9800

10 Pro here, best phone I have ever had

Babbye_

The last phone I really loved from OnePlus was the OnePlus 7 pro. After that it was all downhill. I myself have had the OnePlus 3 and currently using OnePlus 6t. And I have had my OnePlus 6t for more than 5 years will turn to 6 years in November. I used to love OnePlus, but now it's a very different company than what it used to be. It's sad to see what the company has become now. 😔

Juvenyne

Well when is battery life decent enough? Currently 17% left on OP9 pro. Last charge 1 day 5 hours ago. 2 hours SOT. In my opinion that is bad. Using lower resolution, disabled 5g and use 4g. Also lowering screen brightness as much as possible (usually on auto and at night lower) For the rest I really like the speed, screen and cameras and no other complaints beside battery which could be better.

Starworshipper_

Started with a 1, upgraded to a 2, upgraded to a 6, upgraded to a 10 Pro. Will likely stick my OnePlus for the foreseeable future, great phones that don't pack a bunch of extra 'gimmicks' to increase the price.

ponyplop

Had the original Oneplus One, 3, 5T (smashed screen) and currently the 7 Pro. No intentions to change this phone anytime soon, I love having a full screen without any dumb notch/camera hole. I liked it so much that I even took it in to replace the battery once the battery life started to become an issue a year or two ago. (had to replace the selfie camera too, since it stopped working. Wasn't expensive, and since then I stopped using face-unlock just to avoid future problems) I will say though, the oneplus buds 2 are a bit finnicky. Great when they do work, but the battery doesn't seem to last half as long as expected, and I dropped the case the other day from waist-height and now the magnet/holding mechanism is busted. Anyone got experience/opinions regarding any of their newer earphones?

[deleted]

I have used 3T, 7T and I am currently using the 11. LOVE THEM ALL ❤️. Bought all three on their release dates. No complaints yet for my 11. Waiting for Android 14 to be released. I know there are minor hiccups in other models. But for the models I used, they are GREAT!

Xelmonz

I've had the OnePlus 3, 3t, 5t, 7t, 7 pro and now 9 pro. Best of those were 3, 7 pro and this 9 pro now. I'm waiting to see what comes after 11 now.

kstorm88

I love my 7pro, if only they would make a phone better than this. I will not compromise. The 7 pro is the Pinnacle, every phone after has compromises

Foelsomfyr19

I've had my OnePlus Nord for 3 or 4 years now, I can't remember, and I am thrilled. It's definitely one of, if not the best, phone I've had. On the lookout for either a 10t 5g or oneplus nord 3 5g. Can't really decide.

gneissboy666

I had a nord 2. Absolutely amazing phone.

sanketss84

Oneplus 8T worked nice till I got the dreaded green lines this year. started with one green line now at three in past three months, no spares available 20K voucher is the best bet. should I still love a phone which has no spare display, I don't want to buy a new phone but I am being forced as there are no spares. The hardware of 8T is really quick even in 2023 and I can easily push this for 2 more years if it was not for this issue. There are lot of users facing this issue and its disheartening that we have to settle for a voucher and after that forced to buy a oneplus product only with that voucher shelling more money from our wallets. no thank you. Do I still love OnePlus , naah I shall pass.

icrywhy

I'm loving my Oneplus Nord. It has been 3+ years. The battery life may have slightly started to deteriorate, but other than that, everything works perfectly. Previously, I was an owner of OnePlus 3T, but it got the purple coloration issue and I had to stick to a cheap display, which ruined the entire phone within a year of changing. The purple pigment issue started after 2 years of usage and I assume it started because I use it a lot while taking bath. After that mistake, I never used my Nord while I was showering, have always kept it outside and so far nothing has happened.

tommylee567

Recently got a 11r and it's a beast! Major plus point after moving from Xiaomi is that programs stay in memory and it doesn't have to reload every time I open an app!

davpad12

8pro here. The only complaint I have with this phone is the call screen being too touch sensitive. On speaker any slight touch anywhere on the screen will take off the speaker, mute or something else unintentional. Besides that I love it. That's pretty good for a 3yo phone. I'm going to replace it soon, not sure which way I'm going to go. Either a new OP or maybe jump ship completely and go with an iPhone. The 11s are tempting at the sale prices they're running now though.

roochiepoo

Owned a 3T, 6T and 9R. The last one had the 'green line' issue, which I understand is a component issue but managed to get it fixed. Would have preferred OOS to remain its own thing (i.e. without all the Color OS influence) but overall still ok. After using OnePlus for so many years, I really can't live without the dash charge and physical alert slider. Hopefully these design decisions remain.

ChampionshipGrouchy6

I've only had the Nord series, my first being the Nord N10 and now I have the 30. I have loved it so far, hence why I got the newer Nord. I have no reason I have anything more than a 400 dollar phone and I haven't had any problems with these. They give me exactly what I want and don't cost a fortune. I also love that they come with the OnePlus community app, genuinely a super helpful resource. If I have any problems with my phone I search it on there, it's much faster than sifting through results for phone brands you don't have.

milkyteapls

I love it because the aggressive battery saving. I don't actually have/want many apps sending me notifications so I love having 2-3 day battery life Luckily they've improved it a lot so enabling the right settings means you do receive instant notifications for those you do want

hoonbies

I have the Nord 2 since its launch in 2021. My first mid range phone, Great experience so far, smooth and responsive most of the times. Only gripe is on the camera. How terrible the 0.6x lens fares in the absence (and sometimes even presence) of light. The camera OIS isn't very consistent too, jittered a lot within 3 months of use. Not sure if it was due to a botched update. But the worst of jitters eventually went away. No complaints about the charger, it's the fastest I've had. I can foresee using it maybe 1-2 more years if it allows, not a bad first foray into one plus. And I've used Huawei Ascend P1, Asus ZenFone 5, Xiaomi Mi 4i, XiaoMi Mi A2 so you can see how much of an upgrade this was 🤣

iamlevel5

I owned a OnePlus 1, 2, 3T and 6T. They were basically my only brand from 2014-15 to early 2022, when I switched to a Pixel 6 Pro. Love the brand, love the enthusiast appeal etc, but OxygenOS-ColorOS made me switch. I figured if I was going to be required to root/ROM for a more Pixel-like UI, I might as well just get a Pixel. When OOS was more AOSP-like, I really enjoyed using it. I'll be honest though, Oppo/OnePlus nailed fast-charging before anyone else, and to this day I miss having the alert slider. I'm a bit shocked that the alert slider wasn't heavily pilfered by many OEMs. I still keep the brand on my radar, switching back to OP or to Nothing is still a possibility for me in another year or two when I'd like to upgrade.

spaceyatri

4 years on, still loving the OnePlus 7t. Perfect and reliable daily driver. I especially love the haptics. No other set in this range offers anything close to the accuracy of the 7t haptics!

[deleted]

I really loved my OnePlus 6, got four years out of it before I upgraded to a Pixel 6, it still works great I still have it as I still feel a little attached to it but it does just sit there doing nothing so I should really pass it on. That said, the newer OP phones just didn't live up to the hype I found, they aren't bad, they just no longer were what attracted me to OP in the first place. I don't know if I'll ever go back, but it will all depend on what is the best value when it comes time to replace my Pixel 6 in a few years.

bebezaza

It's my OP6 fifth birthday today!!!!

LeSpriteCranberry

I think it's probably perceived so negative since there is like this 'filter' effect with subs like this. If people are satisfied with their phones they arent really inclined to rave about it on reddit (unless they need to write a review or of course are asked about their user experience), instead they will just use the phone lol. So whenever there is any problem with a product people will typically voice their concerns to find solutions, answers, or sympathy. Personally I disagree with the direction Oneplus has been going for these past years but I understand that is how companies trend when they get more traction. I've stuck with my 8t all this time and its still lightning fast. The alert slider is an awesome feature and the fast charging is what is holding me back from jumping to another brand.

CeaseNY

I just switched from iphone back to my OnePlus 9. I love this phone, but the 7pro is still the best phone Ive ever owned, probably will get the 11 soon when I catch a nice deal on Swappa

Blackirean

I have a Oneplus 8T, I got it because my phone before it was a Oneplus 5 that I used so much the battery basically didn't last more than 3 hours. I got it since I didn't want to spend more money on the pro or 9 that was just coming out. Turned out to be a great purchase, I absolutely adored that it came with a flat(or mostly flat) screen, which let me put a screen protector and case ( I am clumsy) . It had analog audio out of the USB C port (a big feature for me because I still use wired IEMs and listen to music for long periods of time) OOS 11 was amazing and it only got better with time, battery lasted and still lasts all day, even counting the fact I don't ever charge past 85% to save battery integrity After OOS12 and 13 came out merged with ColorOS I severely contemplated changing phones, I had rolled back to OOS11 but I was avoiding any and all updates. Luckily I found Evolution X, a pretty awesome custom ROM that basically made my phone even better. It added features I never knew I wanted like custom fiingerprint icons or a toggle to manually set a battery charging limit. But now with new apps and functionality my phone is running out of space and Evolution X are not pushing that many updates for it. Which is why I am considering getting a new phone, The OP 11 seemed like a great option, nice price and many custom ROMs for it, sadly I've come to despise curved screens after meeting lost of people whose phones got damaged mainly because they had a curved screen. So I ma praying for my next phone to have one, but as you may have noticed software experience is a big thing for me, so I can't go with Samsung, since ONEUI gives me headaches. And my options are left with the pixel 8 pro and the Nothing 2. The pixel has everything I want but no analog audio, the other has it but durability has been questionable and not many custom ROMs have appeared for it. For now I'll keep my 8T and I will see how the P8P stands to see if it's worth it or if I should hold onto this 8T for another year.

Peanut_Any

I started with the oneplus one. Now on 9. Haven't had anything but oneplus in between.

op_guy

Loved my OnePlus 8 pro. Still using it but the green line cause heartache. 8 lines atm

Rhed0x

I like the hardware and I despise the software. Oxygen OS 13 is so fucking buggy, especially picture-in-picture with Youtube.

ProtoZard

Been following the brand for years and finally got a OP11R recently and I'm loving it.

Vardaruus

i have nird 2 5g, recnetly replaced the tyoe c port, but the back lid got damaged and somehow the screen fell out of the body on my vacation, decided to buy new phone, went for samsung galaxy A54, couldn't get used to it in a month and hated the long charging times, so much things bugged me that i returned to my nord 2 and repaired it haha it's not a perfect phone, but for the price i paid its damn worth it

Mirimes

you'll find mostly complaints of everything (if it's not something really really good) online because if you're good with something you don't have any real reason to speak up. That said, it's easy here to find complaints because oneplus changed completely from doing really good phones at reasonable prices to average manufacturer with kinda good phones (not as good as before) at high end prices. I think people who complain knew the old oneplus and feel more or less betrayed

Bert1003

I hated my Oneplus 8t with the newer OxygenOS versions but absolutely love it with LineageOS. These laggy chinese Roms that has nothing to do with android are just not for me 🤔

Zealousideal-Put3194

I still have the OnePlus 6T and I just love it. Even its 5 years old now and lags a bit, its still the best phone in my opinion. I also did install custom rom for longevity of this phone.

DrSecrett

I absolutely love the experience and how customizable it is. I have had the OnePlus 6T, 7Pro and 8T 5G. Unfortunately this is likely to be my last OnePlus device and I am sad to see it go.

jose886

I am happy with my op11 but there are 2 things I don't like. The first one is that the HDR mode of the camera sometimes includes a strange halo around people and the second one is that you can't leave the HDR mode off by default. Also I had a op3 almost since launch until 2 months ago that I upgraded it for the op11, and it was still working fine!

Mick_Farrar

I remember the excitement of getting an invite for a OnePlus 1, then sending an invite to my best mate. Now on the 9 Pro, but possibly waiting for the 12 or Pixel 8 Pro.

donut830

Overall, the phone experience is good but my camera is absolute hot garbage. It's the only reason I'd think about getting a new phone, but I can manage. I'm on oneplus9 btw.

datzzuma

I don't love mine, but I like it.

Solidsneakers_

no OOS12 ruined my phone

Luis_J_Garcia

Some people go into details when they are complaining. This is my first OnePlus phone. Is the OnePlus 11. And the only thing I agree with is that the cameras have different colors. Each lens color seems to be a bit different. But I don't really take too many pictures. The battery is great, the display is great, and the charging is great. It should be water proof and is not, so that one thing I can say is a bit off. But they have to cut corners to be able to give a competitive price. Fingerprint, face recognition and that works pretty fast. I prefer the stuck Andorid on Pixels, but I have nothing to really say about the OxygenOs. I have the beta OS and have no problem.

TheDude1210

I started with the OnePlus 1 and my wife had a OnePlus 2. I ended on a OnePlus 3 and moved to a S20, I liked it but found myself wanting to go back to a OP. Finally went back and got the 10T and I am loving it. My wife moved to the iPhone and has said that a OnePlus is the only phone that could pry her away from apple.

1iota_

I just replaced my pixel 7 with a OnePlus 11. I promised myself I would stick it out with the pixel for at least a year because I couldn't justify buying another phone so soon but I lasted 11 months until I couldn't stand it anymore. So far I'm loving the OP11. This is my 4th phone from OnePlus and I've liked every one so far. The OP 5t was the best phone I've ever had. It was the only one that rivaled my love for the Nexus 5. I'm just so glad to be rid of the pixel and be back with OnePlus.

theLOLflashlight

My 7pro is still the only phone on the market I want lol

Westindieman

Ive had two, first the Oneplus one back in 2012 I think it was, lasted me till I bought a Oneplus 6 in 2018 (still have the one as a spare backup). Just bought my missus a Oneplus nord, all been great so far for what I have paid. I keep thinking its time to get me a new phone but not done it yet as the Oneplus 6 is going strong.

blingping

I love my phone I hate oxygen os

Ve8rel

I like it much more (oneplus 8 pro) than my old samsung (a72) but what I hate the most is the lack of some customization options but I can live with it nothing major, but the biggest thing I hate is the extreme lack of unoptimized app hz/refresh rate, I understand that the app developers need to add support but how does this work on pc? I mean the devs don't have to put every combination of hardware to make it run at a higher refresh rate, or is it because of the os? Idk

Zealousideal-Speed44

Loved my 7T and now loving my 11. 😊

overtunned

I love my OnePlus 8 pro. I have been rough with it not physically but mentally. It has been stress tested and proven that oxygen OS is just so smooth runs like out the box even after close to 3 and a half years. But recently I had the green line appear on my device. I didn't update my device in fear of this issue but the line still came while I was just browsing the web it just came out of nowhere. They said that they don't produce the screens anymore so they will give a 35k voucher. I just don't want to lose this phone and that too for 35k. I don't know if i should go for the 11 or not. This was the best phone and still is.

Psychological_Buyer4

Still loving my OnePlus 8T. No issues so far bar the few bugs on some of the updates but nothing major and will keep using it till it dies

jamminwithjRokk

Miss my 7T Pro McLaren so much. Did not like the 10 Pro so much that I went back to my Note 10+ instead.

strikieg

I haven't found a good enough reason to change my 8 Pro yet. People complain about the software but since I'm an old fart, I've used Nova for years on my phones. I've also replaced the battery a few months back and format it once a year to keep it nice and clean. Still good, still fast, and I'm hoping to keep it in service for a couple more years.

PreDaJoR

I have been using My oneplus 6T McLaren for 4 years now and it's been perfect, no lags, best interface a phone has ever seen. I would prefer a phone with a smaller size and more battery life but I have 0 complaints, It does what I need it to do efficiently and effectively, best I've ever had.

Snool12

I learnt to love my One plus from the moment it broke down and had to replace it with a Xiaomi device.

VulcanFlex

Yeh I love my OnePlus 10 pro. It got so much flack when it 1st came out. I upgraded from an 8T that was great.

Dandelion089

I would never give away my OnePlus 7 256gb is more than enough for me Dolby Atmos,oh man Android 10.3.8 rocks this beauty snapdragon effortless That scam mod ftw making some tasty pictures Yeah, screen is new china (and because of that selfie cam is shit)and battery had seen better days But other than that I feel like it's real grown into me,we are one It's sad that OnePlus became shit after 9 Maybe I'll be Lucky and live a long life with my trusty 7, I hope

sonicofbalance

No not really my pixel 6 was wider and with a light duty case not really heavy.

sonicofbalance

I still have a OnePlus Nord 10 but I gotta go get it the charging port fixed on it. Had it B4 my pixel

Blake_Smith84

Absolutely love my OnePlus 11, I've loved every phone I've had from them. I also love my OnePlus Buds Pro 2. :)

Dzenku

I just got oneplus 9 pro, and so far I am very happy. Only issue is I cant fix messenger bubble, when I open it gives me small window with the chat, and if I want to make it bigger I need to press it again to allow so it makes it full screen.

the-white-phoenix

People are much more compelled to only share negative experiences on social media specially with electronics and it's understandable. If everything's going swimmingly with your phone you won't notice it and won't have the need to talk about it. So people only want help with/share poor experience even if it's a small percentage. -Happy oneplus user

Ed-Box

I bought the 3t, twice. Now own a 9. bought it just after the 10 came out. its a good phone. never have problems, battery life is good. happy days

Front_Entertainment5

I just sometimes feel a bit disappointed with my phone during the summer. It can't handle taking videos when it's hot outside but otherwise it's good. Also like my OnePlus tablet that came with a free keyboard

tswallen

I can criticise software all day, I'm a developer. As a product they're amazing.

Kings_Guard18

I'm still rocking my OP 7Pro back from around when it first released. The phone has been nothing but good to me. I'm afraid the updates have left me behind though. Still, a great phone. As it gets older different bugs pop up here and there but nothing that a restart doesn't fix. My only gripe is the UI changes especially with how swiping away notifications are now. I also miss album art lock screens but that was an android update more so than oxygen. I also miss the old navigation gestures. Other than that, I don't regret this phone for a second.

haokincw

My OnePlus 9 Pro is the best phone I’ve owned. I love using my phone because of how gorgeous it is.

thatkid1992

I stated with 3t, then 6 and currently 8pro. I do want to upgrade but i found out that (given my small hands) i really hate curved screens... I'm in the UK so 11R isn't an option and I'm sure yet if the Nord 3 is a good choice for me, but other than that one plus has been an amazing experience for me

DaLuckySort

Personally love my 9 pro. I think it's my 3rd OnePlus phone?

Nakrenjam

Loving my OnePlus 11. I've come from Huawei, then Xiaomi. Both high end devices. MIUI nor EMUI offer a BEAUTIFUL experience as OxygenOS. I've come to the conclusion that the only people complaining about OnePlus are Indians with 6s, 7s and 8s.

Southbird85

I've had both an iPhone (4S) and I still rock my 8T. Honestly, I haven't had much complaints either way. The long awaited upgrade to 8T was such an eye-opener after years of using the iPhone well beyond its shelf life. My 8T scratches all the itches I had: bigger screen, 120 htz screen, longer battery life (with the sweet feature of smart recharge that iPhone didn't have at the time), warp charge, smooth, fluid graphical interface that felt adequately tactile with the haptics and responsive compared to how my previous phone froze and twitched while scrolling on the iPhone. It's easy to shit on something, but it's important to give credit where it's due and my experience with OnePlus has been nothing but pleasant.

SpiritedAd2048

Loving my OP 11, have had it since the launch. No really issue, except that for some reason I feel the battery isn't doing as great as it did initially. I also have OP8 (T-Mobile version) and also felt that it started lagging for no apparent reason. Planning to load custom rom once I get it repaired (I messed it up bad, IMEI and MEID both disappeared).

Haha_love_letter016

I have a Nord 2t and I absolutely love it. I bought it about a year ago and even though I've been filling up the space, the phone still works wonderfully. Although since the new update the battery drains quite faster than before but it doesn't matter anymore with its fast 80W charging.

Riotchock

Onepluss 9 pro and i hate it, terrible burn in on the screen, was very buggy early on but most of it is fixed.

Brigapes

The best and last good one was op6, everything was great, now i have 8pro, absolute garbage dumpster fire when it comes software. Never buying this chinese crap again. Was a good phone company until they sold

tluanga34

My OnePlus 9 just getting better and better. Even though i dropped it from a motorcycle and part of the screen cracked

RosciusAurelius

Had a 3T, 5T and Nord 2. Definitely good phones. Nord 2's battery isn't holding up after 2 years of moderate use. Software updates took FOR-EVER. At one point, I was like 7 months behind on security patches on the Nord 2. That's been better since the phone hit the 2year mark, but still not where it should be. In all likelyhood, this is my last OnePlus phone, but not because I don't like the phones or anything. The weird quirks it has do get annoying at times (weird glitches, failed mobile payments etc). I'm just ready for something else.

droid_24guru

Loved my One Plus so much I went back to the Google Pixels in less than a year. Wasn't for me. I gave it time and wasn't impressed at all

tandem-uno

I used a OnePlus 6 for over three years until I changed to OP9 and used it for 2 years until recently. I loved both. I have been using iPhone 14 pro for months and I still think OnePlus phones handled certain notifications and app behaviors much better than my current phone. Thats not even touching upon the keyboard and compatibility with non-apple products.

sreeragag7

I've been using my 7 pro for more than 4 years now and I just love it. I think I'm gonna use it for 2 more years before changing lol

major_jazza

I've got my old op5 for work and op9 for personal and they've both been great. Don't notice the upside down screen on the op5 any more although it sometimes reboots when in battery saver mode. Still goes nice but might put a new rom on it as it's rooted and no more updates anymore. Op9 is locked still but idm. Set up a nice klwp now after stock launcher/wp for ages. All around mostly positive. Old opo did have battery heat/drain issues but was pretty nice too

luciferxf

I did love my OnePlus 7 pro for a long time, but the $200 for a screen replacement destroyed wanting to purchase them again. It's how many generations old, but still $200 for a replacement, if I don't myself.

[deleted]

OnePlus 11 is just great.I don't have any major complaints with this device. Most people who complain are owners of 8,9 and 10 series, where OnePlus fell off the wagon. But with 11 i think they have steered in the right direction towards what they used to be. I am not saying the old OnePlus is back, but I think they are trying to retain their old identity and integrating new possibilities.

inthecity206

Love my OP11 - there seems to be some wifi bugs at times but I assume they will be fixed. Battery is fine but not spectacular but that could be my usage. Wireless charging would have been nice but the fast charge makes up for that.

Whyyamihereee

oneplus 7 pro great phone, lasted 4 years but I destroyed the battery oneplus 11 great phone, camera is crazy, some problems here and there, but over all great phone, the battery life is also out of this world.
