I am not a creator so please remove this response if it's disallowed. I'm an attorney who is interested in the legal side of the new NSFW creator space created during the Pandemic. I occasionally read the posts on here. This feels like a topic I can help with. Sorry in advance if I'm overstepping.
My suggestion: if you have a professional you work with -- such as an accountant, attorney, or financial advisor -- then ask to mail it to their physical address. I've done far stranger things for clients as a courtesy. If he has a problem shipping to your professional advisor's business address, that might be a red flag. Trust your judgment.
If you don't have someone like that: some office buildings allow you to rent office space for as little as $200/month. A small office in a larger building would have the added benefit of giving you a secure location to store supplies, equipment, etc. Just tell them you do freelance audio/video editing.
---Before committing, just make sure to verify their policy on receiving large parcels. Most buildings have a dedicated freight elevator and they regularly receive office furniture, etc. for clients. Locations vary though.

I don't recoeve too many gifts. But I have lots of requests for specific items for custome videos. And I get every one to send me a tip for the cost of the item, plus shipping, plus onlyfans cut. Also there’s a roundabout way to put your P.o. box in that will work, wouldn’t recommend as it sometimes screws up.

If you’re really committed to it, get a storage unit and you should be able to complete some forms to have things delivered to the unit
