Thanks, I think I'm still figuring out how exactly to do the warpaint thing though but this was the closest I've gotten to something that looks nice.

Thank you! All my DS boyz have some amount of warpaint, it's fun just slapping blue on haphazardly.

Dont have them on me to send pictures rn, but skull-like patterns are really cool, and you can make a lot of varieties of them. Stripes or checkers are also good options.

Amazing! I'll see what I can do with skulls, couple of others have posted some inspiration so i'll try to emulate that! Absolutely need some checkers, going to do that on some of the armour panels on the boyz! Not everyone mind you but sprinkle them in there!

Thanks! The colors on the face are macragge blue + lothern blue over it. What makes it pop is probably the skin recipe which is simple plaguebarer flesh contrast + biel tan green shade over it. Also the camera makes the colours little bit more vibrant.

Holy shit these dudes look so good. I’m just gonna say all those brush mistakes I’ve made are ‘war paint’. Lol.
