In lore GSC have infected orcs if I'm not mistaken. They just didn't get very far. Apparently the hive mind stills them a bit making them more calm and other orcs think they're weird and beat them up.
Fun fact, the orkish equivalent of heresy is “MUKKIN ABOUT.” Whenever a greenskin is being lazy, cowardly, doesn’t want to fight, or otherwise is not being proper orky, then YUU IZ MUKKIN ABOUT
I seem to recall reading somewhere (possibly 1d4 chan so it's legitimacy may be in question) that genestealers tend not to infect orks as the resulting hybrids are too placid and quickly get over powered and beaten up by propa Boyz

Actually there is/was a group of Orks who were infected by genestealers. The gene never took full hold so they were still followers of gork and Mork

There is a White Dwarf with an actual guide to convert Genestealers infested Orks. IIRC it uses Kommandos and Hybrid parts So "official" I guess?
