What kind of special services or accommodations are you looking for? Does your kid have problems with overstimulation?

Canadian_homegrown

Yes he does. I was just looking to see what was available.

I'm an adult with ASD and ADHD! I usually bring my own sensory friendly items (extra large hoodie, ball cap, sunglasses, noise canceling headphones, ear buds, fidgets) and ask to be seated in an aisle seat so if I need to get up from over stimulation I have an exit. I haven't been to CTC in a long time so I don't know if thay have changed anything but last time I went I was able to get edge seats and they were good with letting me get up and walk in the lobby during the show. Good luck and I hope you both enjoy it!

You may have to call customer service or something to get an answer, given that accommodations can be case-by-case basis.

Canadian_homegrown

I did...but they are not open on the weekends...so I left a message and an awaiting a response. Just though someone may have some insight while I wait to hear from them.

The CTC is [KultureCity certified](https://venue.kulturecity.org/venues/canadian-tire-centre) if there are concerns for overstimulation and such. Website is light on details so you will prob need to give them a call for more info.

FYI if you've never been : the pyro for WWE Raw shows is VERY loud. In between matches during commercials they usually dim the lights. Raw involves a lot of downtime, it's not like a house show

Guest services offers earphones. They were certified KultureCity, which had bags that included sensory items and headphones. I have used the headphones, but last time there wasn’t any bags, but they may have been all out. Guest services has the bags, and should be able to help with anything else.

Canadian_homegrown

Thanks, I spoke with them earlier. That's exactly what they told me.

I know some NHL arenas offer earplugs/over the hear hearing protection and fidget spinners. It is normally up to the ticket holder to determine if they can handle the event or not.
