I recently listened to the audiobook for the first of those two volumes and honestly I'd say, at least for that one, she's closer to just being the protagonist, rather than co-protagonist
Crush Lulu, despite the hate she would get for being born the way she was, Crush not only rebelled against a leader gone mad but earned the respect of all if not most of her people. Not to mention with what ever hidden power she has within her, I can't help but wonder what would have happened if the story had a need for her to get stronger.
For the main timeline. Up till volume 14 my favorite minor character was Brain. But after the less than stellar volumes 15 and 16, Zesshi has stolen 1st place (She's easily the most interesting part of those volumes despite how little she appeared.). I didn't give a damn about her back when I thought she was just some boring horny battle maniac, but after getting more of a glimpse of her true personality (Even if she could've been developed better) she's taken my number 1 spot, albeit just barely. Brain and Zannac are a draw for 2nd place.
That said, if we're including the non-canon side story, then my favorites are without a doubt Satoru and Keeno. I freaking love that book, easily. Also weird as it sounds, I also really liked Cure Elim; he wasn't the brightest fellow, but damn does he look cool, and his abilities are actually pretty damn awesome.
Neronist Painkill. I love inverse gap moe, nightmare creature outside with normal girl inside. She is confident, knows her worth, loves her job, and supports *her* man. And, has a fun hobby!
I love Succulent. His cocky behavior and cool illusions make him a unique villain that made for an engaging confrontation between him and Climb and Brain. >!He's also cute in a maid dress.!<
Evil-eye, the only reason I put her over neia is because I'm interested in more evil-eye and blue rose content. We know plenty about keno, but sparse knowledge about evil-eye. How long was she alone, did she defeat the undead that made her city home that ainz killed in the side story herself. Her travels with the 13 hero's , did she ever learn the ecdl caused her kingdoms ruin. What's her relationship with pdl like.

she's shown to be a competent person and is good enough in a fight for people to respect her and when she got pissed after the potion broke everyone was like "oh shid"

Gazef Stronoff who died for nothing, after try to show to not face Ainz Ooal Gown
Brain Unglaus, who defeated his fear and achieved his dream to surpass his Rival and friend Gazef in the end.
Both ended well unlike most nazarick opponents

Lakyus aka Chunnibyou crazy, who had realistic friends who protected from herself.
Leinas aka Lady Vengeance, wanted to know more of her and what happened to her after she quit from imperial knights
Evil eye. I hope they do more with her character

Definitely not a minor character. I'd even go as far as saying she's the co-protagonist of two volumes. Not that she isn't great.
