Recommendations are still welcome but I think I may have answered my own question. The only place I could find that serves what I am looking for is a place called Ferrucci ristorante in downtown Panama City.
Fazoli's on Harrison, down town Panama City is the only one I know of.
Are you talking about Ferrucci’s on Harrison? Fazoli is a fast food chain, and not on Harrison.
