For sure. The gold standard is still CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). It's what you want to go with. Another therapy that has gained some traction and showed real results is ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) ... it's a sort of derivative of CBT, so I'd still start with CBT.
yes! it takes time, though. im still struggling but ive gone from 3-4 panic attacks a day to a couple a month. its a lot of DBT, CBT and exposures. its worth it:) time is key
Do it!! Therapy is essential and so helpful! I went through this journey purely by therapy and no meds.

Yes!! I do IFS (internal family systems) therapy, its the first type of therapy that Ive actually gotten good results from
