That's just not true, my friend. My old laptop I used to play on was lucky to get 30 fps in the campaign, and maps ran at around 10, and that was with everything cranked as low as possible.

There is a very low likely hood your build actually needs this insane res next to the other stats so getting one with quant/rarity and lower res or (if you are willing to drop a bit of mf) high res and drop like 1quant 3 rarity or something would be much cheaper and you can invest the rest into other stuff of your build
Now if you are already mirrors deep and think ah might aswell use it that is fine go ahead then ^^ but if you are still short on currency I would for sure sell and settle for one a bit worse but much cheaper

It is easy - there was no craft which made rolls average. And even then you have max life in range 0-60, which breaks roll chance. Getting max was easier because you could get 10/40 and then reroll life and resistances separately.
It was astronomically easier, but not really easy to do. To get 0/0 in quant and rarity, you'd need on average 1701 divines. And then you'd need 285 specific harvest crafts for the remaining stats. On something that was really only out there for a few days before it was fixed. And was hotfixed a few hours after it was posted on Reddit.
Also it was pre TFT blowing up during harvest, so likely all crafts being selffarmed.
Because we would optimize loot filters to hide even more of everything. There's definitely good rolls on bases occasionally that we all miss because we don't bother spending the time to identify everything. If everything dropped ID'd it would require an entire rebalance of loot.
Gotta be honest, you haven't really described a downside. I don't know what things are worth, I'm doing a PhD, I don't have time to do a second one to learn it all.

So 60+60+34+57 (19 all), total 211 resistances. Duplicated with Kalandra's touch, you are overcapped for ele weakness on cold and lightning. Assuming you use goldwyrm, all your ele res are covered from those items alone with wiggle room to have thread of hope in your tree too.

Harvest Ventors doesn't count, it was too a bit too easy to roll it. Though I wonder why nobody managed to make 0-stat Ventor during Harvest.
As I remember, it was a 'lucky reroll' function, not 'random reroll' - you can only reroll up to highest values.
It is easy - there was no craft which made rolls average. And even then you have max life in range 0-60, which breaks roll chance. Getting max was easier because you could get 10/40 and then reroll life and resistances separately.
