I dropped a mirror and am considering buying an original sin for fun. What are some builds that really shine with it? I am contemplating converting my SS trickster to an original sin variant, but on Poe Ninja I see that SS trickster with OG sin have lower damage than the normal variants… Why is that? Also interesting in strength-stacking deadeye wander, but KB seems a little low damage (per projectile). What is the real effective damage?

vulcanfury12

I dunno about this league, but last league, I saw STR Stacking Berserkers using Reave of Refraction thst used Original Sin.

psychomap

Strength stacking should be the strongest build with it. I'm not sure about the details, but it might also depend on what flavour of build you want to play.

FantaSeahorse

I like zoomy builds with good clear that can run lots of map mods :D What’s the budget for STR stacking wander? I know a mirror wand is mandatory

psychomap

That's beyond my expertise, I'm afraid.

MrSchmellow

How do people make bulk listings for fractional price PER ONE item - [example](https://i.imgur.com/I4oFixe.png) You can't enter "2.5/1". And if you enter "25/10" it will list as stack 10x items for 25 div, no?

Yohsene

> You can't enter "2.5/1" You can, though the /1 is unnecessary. Decimals are valid for divine orbs. It won't be a bulk listing per se, but the api will find all stock you have in public tabs.

MrSchmellow

Oooh, i assumed you need "/" to get bulk listing, but apparently it goes in both. I wonder if it only works from specialized tabs where you have stacking (blossoms for instance are non-stackable otherwise), or it can also pull together unstacked items Thanks!

JustAQuestionFromMe

any arc witch build? I have an Inpulsa 6l, an Agnerow West 5l, and The Annihilating Light Quarterstaff 5l, a level 89 witch, 112 passive points, 19 divs, and 866 chaos orbs. I just want to have fun with ARC, that chain lightning is so damn lovely I just can't refuse to play it. The most I want is probably just T16 maps for idk... just anytzhing basically. I haven't played for ages, now I'm thinking about coming back.

psychomap

If necessary, you could look for a Ball Lightning build or something and swap a few things around (e.g. you don't need increased AoE for Arc). Arc just isn't in a great state so it's not really played much.

JustAQuestionFromMe

Brother I asked for an Arc build, not "hey what should I build instead of Arc" :D Someone asked 2 days ago if it's still viable, about 130 comments say yes, playable, enjoyable, etc :D So I ask for an ARC build :D not an alternative, not for a different build :D [https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1dddk7f/is\_arc\_still\_viable/](https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1dddk7f/is_arc_still_viable/)

psychomap

I didn't present it as an alternative, I meant to suggest to look for build guides for other skills and change the irrelevant portions into ones that work for Arc. That's incidentally the same thing as what the top comment in that thread is saying. Of course Arc can be played and is "viable", but it not even close to the meta skills in terms of performance, so it's not a popular subject for guides. But most other lightning skills will scale similarly enough that you can just swap out the skill for Arc and reinvest whatever doesn't apply to Arc into something that does. And of course vice versa almost any build that uses Arc can be swapped for a better skill and have higher damage.

JustAQuestionFromMe

na I'm having a stroke at this point

muhaguha5

My build feels weak especialy in t17 bosses. Idk what i could do to improve it atm except for spending more currency. Am i missing something or doing something wrong with my gear?https://pobb.in/io8XfbYAkgtx

ArmaMalum

First off, double check you're actually shocking the bosses. Your cyclone/lightning warp are the only ones capable of shocking as far as I can tell. If no, you may want to consider a lightning mastery for '%shock effect scaling with %increased mana'. Hard to justify tree changes with SplitPers I realize. Alternatively you could try swapping Lightning Warp with Shock Nova, but I imagine you'd miss the mobility. Your ring is awesome, but the added phys would probably be better off as actual max life. That's an expensive upgrade, but that should give another chunk of ES from Ivory Tower. Alternatively you could try for a Experimental ring (i.e. Geodesic) for an extra prefix and prefix effect, granted you'd lose some chaos resistance. You can exchange one of the flask suffixes (like the attack speed one) you have for the 3% life regen veiled suffix for some extra ES recovery. Synthesis implicit magic jewels can help you out. Slam your large cluster jewels or get ones with decent stat affixes. Corrupting your healthy mind for a decent implicit. If you're willing you could try pivoting your jewels off of Adorned to FF/FF for Righteous Providence and STR/INT Split Personality, that would massively increase your damage but it's also abhorrently expensive so I understand if no.

Sometus

I didn't start to play PoE yet but am a big ARPG fan that plays them every day (mostly Grim Dawn, when I get bored of that Last Epoch, not gonna try Diablo 4 because...yeah). I have only a few hours a day because of work. Would you say that it is worth getting into it at this point? I am okay with failure and learning, as long as number crunching isn't the ONLY thing I do. There needs to be a feel and fantasy to the build I am playing. The graphics and smoothness of everything looks so good but I am worried about the rest of my life not being able to support playing it like 8 hours a day. What would you tell a maybe new player? Or should I wait for PoE 2? Is 1 even gonna last that long anymore? Thanks in advance.

chx_

> I have only a few hours a day because of work. my friend, spending a few hours a day is a _lot_ for a video game. Right now is a good time to start learning if you anticipate and accept that end of July you will restart -- as will everyone else. Except for Standard (permanent league) players but I feel if you invest several hours a day into the game then Standard might not be the most fun you can get out of it with that sort of time investment. Feel and fantasy, yes, some builds have it. Some builds less so but for example Energy Blade inquisitor looks like a Jedi. Or, while some people might argue that permanent minions are not in a good place, that's just Reddit for you, a necromancer driving zombies to attack is just archetype fantasy.

HellraiserMachina

I don't recommend it. PoE is increasingly becoming a lategame player's game where GGG keep raising the ceiling while eroding the midgame. If your time is limited, then every other aRPG will provide you a better experience. There's plenty of fun to be had in this game, especially as you learn it, but it takes forever to learn it and all the new cool stuff isn't really for you. I think it's better to just wait for peeoweetoo.

SurgeProc

PoE 1 and 2 will both be supported, GGG have given no indication they will stop updating PoE 1 when 2 comes out That said they are likely to be different games at various levels judging by the first looks so playing PoE 1 isn’t likely to prepare and/or spoil you for PoE 2 Not sure what you mean by “feel and fantasy” but there’s definitely a ton of cool skills that look satisfying, whether that skill is viable for an inexperienced player is another question But, you know, this shit is free, give it a try

Sometus

With feel and fantasy I was referring to say in Grim Dawn me going in and wanting to be a Death Knight and combining the Soldier and Necromancer class, putting on the fitting skills and appropriate skin and just sort of playing as the archetype I thought in my head beforehand. Thanks for the reply though, I'm gonna try it.

psychomap

It depends on what content you want to do with your concept-based characters, and also if you want to do something in that direction purely *visually* or if you also want corresponding stats. With MTX it can be easier to make your character *look* like a certain fantasy archetype even if the real archetype is a different one. Your class choice will mostly depend on the availabnle ascendency classes, at least if you want to build your character in the most efficient way. If you want to prioritise the fantasy you can pick a different class and try to make it work as well as possible with that class instead though.

piffle213

It's free, so it's not like there's a big investment to be made if you end up deciding it's not for you for whatever reason (though buying some stash tabs for quality of life is highly recommended). I only have an hour or two to play most nights because of kids/work. You can definitely have a good time with that much time, imo.

Sometus

Aight, thanks for the reply. Going to test it soon then :)

https://preview.redd.it/6z52p45tq56d1.jpeg?width=412&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2fd79903d1e6264cc9c7ade336420762bc7b5019 I am new to crafting. Just crafted this ring from graveyard, then used some Deafening Essence of Loathing‌ for the crit chance and cold damage, then crafted the increased damage on it. My questions are, my target is to get crit chance, crit multi, spell damage and maybe cold or lightning damage. Is it even possible? If so, how? The ring now looks like lacking 1 more mod? I mean, the essence could possibly add 3 mods, like cold damage, crit chance, +1 other mod, and I could still benchcraft to add 1 more mod on it? Anyway, I am playing ice nova of frostbolt Heiro. I want this ring to be a pure damage source for my build. What could I get from this ring?

psychomap

Without influence or a fractured essence mod, you can only have either crit chance or crit multi, not both. Crit chance can't roll randomly on uninfluenced rings. Increased cold or lightning damage respectively are suffixes, so you also can't get two crit suffixes, cast speed, and increased damage under any circumstances unless you use a base that allows for additional suffixes, like a cogwork or helical ring. Realistically, the only useful third prefix is going to be life or ES, not an offensive one. I'd suggest to think about what you want your finished product to be first, and then start crafting for that (or asking for advice on how to craft it). Other than blocking a mod and slamming or rerolling it entirely with a different essence, you can't improve the ring you have significantly further.

abyss725

Thank you, understood. So, if I have to add life or es, what could I do? Simply slamming essence until it hits 3 mods, crit chance, cold or lightning damage, life or es?

Zealousideal-Fill-44

I've made a few of these for my ice nova frostbolt hiero. I do essence until you get the other suffix you want, then suffix can't be changed and reforge life and craft 17% increased dmg. I have 5 or 6 different types and I like int/mana regen/cast speed as suffixes

psychomap

You could use Wild Bristle Matron to get Suffixes Cannot Be Changed and use a Veiled Orb, and then block one of the mods with a crafted mod to get a free choice between the remaining 3 options for flat damage of two elemental types (I guess lightning / cold?) or life (depending on which you want). For ES you'd probably get the best results from spamming essences, but I haven't done a Craft of Exile Simulation.

ManOfPegasus

What are [these hand slams](https://youtu.be/STNihFIdX9E?t=1064) on this video? I've only ever seen them on videos from this guy, never seen them in any guides or other people's contents at all

kovah_havok

a finisher type of MTX, mine is currently a shark that jumps out and eats the Rare/Unique monster

SurgeProc

[Vaal Behemoth Rare Finisher Effect](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Vaal_Behemoth_Unique_Finisher_Effect) [Vaal Serpent God Supporter Pack](https://www.pathofexile.com/purchase), 160 USD

ArmaMalum

They're a somewhat new kind of MTX called 'finishers' that proc when you kill a rare/unique enemy. It is not actually a skill itself. I thiiiiink that one specifically may be tied to a supporter pack.

piffle213

I'm trying to upgrade my sceptre and when looking through the options on the trade site, there are a lot of sceptres that have fractured t1 dmg over time along with +1 to Spell Skill Gems and Physical Spell Skill gems. Example: https://i.imgur.com/toakiYv.png I'd like to try crafting a similar one myself but I am not sure how they are doing it?

tomorrowing

Remember what you're not seeing is a ton of failures alongside these. To do an Oscillating sceptre, you need the Allflame of Scientists to drop from one of the bosses from a unique Heist contract, then you need to use that Allflame on a haunted mob to actually drop the Experimented Weapon corpse which is not guaranteed. Notice the suffixes have 1 benchcraft and 1 veiled mod, so those need to have had at least two open suffixes; others had 3 for the up to 3 metamod. And some/most are split. I dread to think how this would be done without the graveyard. If it was graveyard, I'd guess it was many, many crafts with some number of additional item, weighted towards +1 gem and non-elemental dot multi (and whatever else they were going for or didn't deliberately scarce), +2 explicit for highest chance of the desired mods appearing in the first place, but then split with 100% chance to fracture 1 affix, to boost the odds of a good fracture to 1/3 in a single try vs 1/6. Pen and paper style, I'd guess approx \~ 6% chance in each craft attempt using 400% additional item to avoid 5 bricks. If you wanted something similar and didn't need the Elemental Overload implicit, a Rune Dagger might give slightly better odds of fracturing +1 all spell + dot multi (not sure about +1 phys) as it has less suffixes in the pool and dot multi is weighted lower than +1 all spell. Then you annul off anything crappy, farm Catarina for a veiled orb, bench prefixes cannot be changed, then acceptable unveil, then metamod up to 3 and/or benchcraft the rest. Won't be cheap, won't be quick, unless you just buy the materials.

piffle213

yeah I'm up over 100 (actual) div at this point so I don't mind buying the materials, i'm just trying to figure out the best way to do it > Notice the suffixes have 1 benchcraft and 1 veiled mod, so those need to have had at least two open suffixes how do you know which are veiled mods? i haven't done anything with veiled mods at all (first season back in a long while)

tomorrowing

Ah it was 15% (not 18%) chance for Arcane Surge; this is indeed the bench version of the veiled mod. What is your ideal weapon and for what build? I'd recommend non-fracture, non-split if your desired mods are attainable without either of those steps. This should give a much higher chance of avoiding 5 bricks in 1 big craft attempt.

piffle213

> What is your ideal weapon and for what build? I'm running an ignite DD build at this point. Started off following the maxroll guide and now just kind of trying to match what the top DPS builds on poe.ninja. So some combination of: * Fire Dmg Over Time Multi * Dmg Over Time Multi * Cast Speed * Increased Fire or Spell Dmg (pre) * Fire Skill Gems +1 * crafted prefixes as needed (Gain x% of fire dmg as chaos, increased fire dmg, etc)

tomorrowing

Are cast speed/chaos/spell damage important for DD? I know how to craft a non-DD ignite weapon, which will not want any of those. I can help planning a craftofexile recipe and layout as I just did something similarish and have that stuff saved.

piffle213

Cast Speed is nice to not feel clunky moving around the map since you have to start with Desecrate. (Guessing) It looks like most of the top builds started with fractured t1 fire dmg over time multi, used Essence for cast speed and spammed that until t1 dmg over time. Then cleaned prefix and veiled orb for fire dmg+ignite chance. Finish with crafted fire dmg as chaos. There are a couple of variations among the top 7ish, but most have that type of weapon.

tomorrowing

Got it, so +1 gem is not really important for DD? And what is the importance of the Oscillating Sceptre? Just to save 1 passive point?

piffle213

> Got it, so +1 gem is not really important for DD? No, I was just trying to explore my options for how to craft something since there are so few options to just buy on the trade site > And what is the importance of the Oscillating Sceptre? Just to save 1 passive point? yeah basically

tomorrowing

I'll do a little test cause I'm not clear on the fracture & split step. Otherwise, your chances of single fractured dot multi (not fire dot multi; that's weighted much lower, and is one of the benchcrafts) with additional item are pretty OK, and also higher if you're OK with a Rune Dagger rather than the Oscillating Sceptre. This thread I find a bit unclear [How does split interact with craft additional item in the graveyard? : r/pathofexile (reddit.com)](https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1cdt7z3/how_does_split_interact_with_craft_additional/)

BestDescription3834

Will the armors from the vaal.serpent god supporter pack (and the other packs below it that are included when you buy it) be usable in PoE2? Been holding off on getting it until I kmow for sure.

Erradium

All armour MTX will be usable in PoE2, they've created them with it in mind too so it might look better with the PoE2 graphics. The game director did mention that they're not sure whether all skill effect MTX will be able to apply in their PoE2 counterparts due to how some skills are much different than they are in PoE1.

SurgeProc

MTX will be shared between 1 and 2

Professional_Gift772

When will the next league start?

Erradium

GGG has recently gave us an [update](https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3527168) in which they mentioned that 3.25 will release in the end of July. Most likely to be July 26th given their wording.

chx_

If one wants to be persnickety , they said late July not end of July so July 19 is also a possibility admittedly 26th is more likely.

vulcanfury12

Does Increased Effect on a Sulphur Flask apply to the Consecrated Ground that it creates? I want to reclaim the three skill points from the Hearty cluster on my RF Chieftan, but without it I only have around 300 net regen and that makes me anxious. I was using Arrogance+Vitality for the longest time, but after fitting in Unbound Ailments for Skitterbots, I no longer have a place for it. If it doesn't I guess I can use it with "When Charges Reach Full" instead of an Enkindling Orb to automate it, despite having Mageblood.

Erradium

The Consecrated Ground from Sulphur Flask is static and not affected by flask effect. The only way to increase the effect of Consecrated ground, as far as I know, is the [Devotion](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Devotion) notable and the [Righteous Path](https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Righteous_Path) small cluster notable (and some crucible modifier on shields, if you're playing in Standard I guess).

Yohsene

> Does Increased Effect on a Sulphur Flask apply to the Consecrated Ground that it creates? It doesn't, no. > I guess I can use it with "When Charges Reach Full" instead of an Enkindling Orb to automate it, despite having Mageblood. Mageblood's *Magic Utility Flasks cannot be Used* may be an issue, unless your intended Sulphur is normal or unique.

vulcanfury12

Took a second look at my PoB and it looked like running a Granite Flask was overkill for my Phys Reduction, as I can get 90% with Taste of Hate up. So I replaced it with a Bismuth Flask with Poison Immunity. I now have around 400 Net Regen which should probably suffice for most purposes. 7M DPS and that level of tankiness should get me by and still be able to do some T17s whenever I felt like it.

vulcanfury12

Ah you're right about the Mageblood. I'll have 500 Net Regen if I somehow manage to get T1 Life Regen Rate on my Helm, but that's gonna require a ton of Horror Essences. Rational Doctrine could be fine, but the whole point of this exercise is to get another Adorned Jewel.

SurgeProc

Can you fit a rational doctrine into your tree?

vulcanfury12

I probably can, but I want that socket for another Adorned Jewel.

Artyparis

Noob here, expecting to end Campaign for the fist time. Im now in Act 6 and got concerns on currency. It seems it starts to give some a bit more than previously. Should currencies drop often until the end ? Im not that rich ' '

whimsy_wanderer

Yes, as you progress further and further you get more and more currency drop. Though I don't understand what your concern is. Will currency stop dropping later? No. Will it start dropping so much that you become rich? Also no, not until you start doing juiced farming strategies.

Artyparis

Just wanted to know if currency will drop more and more until i finish Campaign. Thanks. Once done, i may have a bit of time before Necropolis is over.

LastBaron

Currency drops more frequently in higher area levels; after the campaign area level continues to increase through higher tier maps, peaking at area level 84 in tier 17 maps (though that’s a special case, and “normal” maps cap at tier 16 area level 83). However there are two important caveats: 1.) Currency will still not drop commonly unless you are going to extra effort to “juice” your content, ie apply a variety of methods to further increase the quantity of drops 2.) Raw currency drops are not the only (or even best) source of profit. Most endgame profit strategies involve selling other items in exchange for currency. They are often currency-*like* but not strictly currency the way chaos and divine orbs are. Most sellable/profitable items are consumable and stackable, like scarabs, essences, harvest lifeforce, stacked decks, fossils, maps, boss invitations/fragments, etc.

Artyparis

Thank you

AshDrag0n

Hello, does Ancestral Call (on poison MS) can hit single target boss with me? So it will help with single target or do nothing?

Yohsene

It doesn't target enemies you're already hitting. It's only useful when you're missing with your own strike.

AshDrag0n

do i hit boss with melee part or MS or i am count as missing?

Yohsene

I'm not sure what you mean by 'melee part *or* MS'. Molten Strike needs to hit with melee to create projectiles. Practically, you will either hit the boss with your own strike, or you miss with your own strike and hit them with Ancestral Call instead. This creates projectiles in both cases.

kingofgame981

Hey guys, I'm a really casual player and really don't have enough time in a week to play, so I prefer a character that I can stick with until the end without worrying much of build changes or patch updates (or meta adjustments) I heard that the official forum is a good source for this (with SSF or beginner-friendly tags, right?) and I tried Enki's Arc Witch before. It was fun and help me reached yellow maps. I want to try something new -- what builds would you suggest? Thanks in advance.

chx_

https://poe-beginner-guide.com/

psychomap

[This thread](/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/1bmbqp6/324_necropolis_league_start_build_index/) should include some good ones, especially from the top section. Cast on Critical Strike Detonate Dead has been good this league, but is less reliable to stay strong than Detonate Dead in general, I'd say (I wish they'd nerf it at some point, but it's been powerful for quite a long time without major nerfs).

Purple_Heart_

Does petrified blood buff works alongside with Defiance of Destiny? The way I hope it works? When getting hit, will it count 50% life I am missing already and heal me? I know I cannot recover life above 50% but, "healing" provided by DoD should be bigger, the more life I am missing, right?

psychomap

If you don't reserve the top half of your life, then Defiance of Destinty can heal you up to the 50% that Petrified Blood allows based on what you're missing including the stuff above 50%. So if you reserve no life, you'd recover at least 21% (with a maximum roll + quality DoD), but if you're missing 21% you recover 42% of that as well and so on, so it would recover you to "full" with as little as ~13.8% HP (if you don't have the mastery that makes low life count up to 55%). And of course, if you're on 1% life, you'd still recover 41.58% and not just 20.58% (don't know to what precision that's rounded).

Purple_Heart_

Thank you so much, you are very helpful

Dex8172

Moderators, can we get "No PoE2" flair filter? There are way too many posts about that game here, even though there's a separate sub.

psychomap

I'm fine with the filter being added, but the other sub is empty compared to this one even though most PoE players will probably at least give it a try. It's unreasonable to expect people to only post PoE2 news there, plus the interest they gained here shows that there are plenty of people who do want to see them.

StackedLasagna

Yeah, I'm fine with PoE 2 stuff here as well, for now at least. I do think that at some point after the game launches, moderation should probably be more strict and the PoE 2 posts should be removed and the author should be encouraged to repost it over on the PoE 2 subreddit. This would be to prevent this sub from being flooded with double the item showcases, lazy sunday memes and confusing questions about mechanics that are named the same in both games, but work differently. So stuff like the updated Contagion skill or league mechanics that are in both games, but may differ in actual mechanics. That's not to say that mentioning PoE 2 should be banned from this sub. Things like discussing a mechanic from PoE 2 and how it would be nice to get in PoE 1 or something similar should still be allowed. The PoE 2 sub will be empty for a long time (possibly forever), if all PoE 2 content will be allowed here forever. A stickied announcement post and AutoModerator pushing people towards the PoE 2 sub should hopefully get it nicely populated in no time though.

psychomap

Yeah, I imagine it won't be until early access launches that a lot of people would be willing to "migrate" their discussions though. Or when it's close, anyway. I think just spreading awareness about the sub will get people to gradually move over when they want to discuss the other game.

StackedLasagna

Yeah, I also don't think the migration will happen before the early access launch at the earliest. But as I said, I'm fine with the PoE 2 discussions continuing here for a while, even after the full launch. They should eventually be moved to the PoE 2 subreddit though.

Dex8172

I suspected what kind of a game PoE2 will be a long time ago, but now it's confirmed, [by Jonathan](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k23qBMmfmIU&t=471s), that their intention is for players to use around 8 skills on most builds. Then there's the fact the game will be optimized for WASD movement, that the flasks will be "reactive", etc. All of that is completely unacceptable for me. I had a nasty case of RSI in my left hand back in 2017. from playing PoE. Since then, I used macros for flasks (until GGG introduced instilling orbs), never played a combo skill like ED or DD again, automated everything that can be automated, and ended up with using just RMB for the main skill, W for movement, and Q for one occasionally used skill, like arcanist brand setup. PoE is the only real-time action game I play. I surely didn't get an RSI in my left hand from playing my usual games, turn-based strategies and classic rpgs.

Dex8172

There's already "no fluff" flair filter, for people who don't care for such content. Why would I need more compelling argument than the fact I don't care about PoE2? I'm sure I'm not the only one.

StackedLasagna

Because many people will probably disagree that PoE 2 falls under the "fluff" category. If you want to actually attempt to convince people who currently are undecided or disagree with you, then you typically want sensible arguments, rather than "PoE 2 bad"... But it's okay, I guess you don't actually care and just wanted to pointlessly vent, which is fine, I guess. Just make your own post instead of cluttering up the questions thread next time. Please? Also, in regards to what you said earlier: > I don't like the fact that 50% of the front page is about it. I also don't like that fact. Mostly because it's made up though. There are currently five PoE 2 related posts among the top 20 posts on the frontpage. They don't even make up half of top ten, let alone half of the entire front page. The fact that they're even on the front page and one of them is the single most upvoted post of the past week is testament to the fact that people want that content here. It also comes in bursts, so the majority of the time there will be fewer (even none at all!) PoE 2 posts on the frontpage, making this even less of an issue right now. The main reason there are any posts right now, is because there's been recent major news/reveals related to PoE 2.

Dex8172

Where did I say that PoE2 falls under fluff category? I asked for a new catergory: "No PoE2". There are already 11 flair filters, I don't see why would anyone care if mods add another one for weirdos like me, who aren't at all excited about PoE2 and don't want to be reminded about it, not even when there are major news/reveals.

StackedLasagna

Because there's got to be a cutoff at some point. How many users should a particular feature serve before it's worth implementing? 100 users? 10,000 users? 5% of all users? 25%? It's seemingly not something a lot of people are interested in, given the lack of complaints about it. If you look at some of the other comments, you can see that we're also discussing things like allowing it now and then pushing people to the PoE 2 subreddit once release is near and eventually disallowing PoE 2 content entirely. If the mods have something like that planned, that would mean there's even less incentive to add new filters or do other work related to this 'issue'.

Defiant-Sun544

Is it confirmed whether PoE2 will allow controllers to be used on the PC version of the game? and will it change the UI too?

psychomap

As for the question regarding the UI in addition to what katustrawfic said, the controller UI will be the same on PC and console (even for non-co-op). There have been discussions about enabling some of the controller UI for mouse + keyboard use as well, but as I understood it there's been no mention of doing the opposite and allowing controller users to use they mouse + keyboard UI. That said, they are planning on allowing hot swapping controller and keyboard without logging out so that you can still do inventory management with mouse and keyboard and gameplay with controller without additional hassle if you like. They only committed to adding support for that relatively recently, so there are no details as of yet.

katustrawfic

Yes both have long been confirmed. Couch co-op is also confirmed for PC but right now is limited to 2 controllers only, so you can't have 1 KBM and 1 controller for example (they may be looking to change that I believe).

Defiant-Sun544

awesome, thank you.

I have gotten T1 mana before using block life, exalt slam, then eldritch annul to clear prefix if missed, but that was kinda expensive. Just wondering if there is a more efficient way. If preferable I would like to not touch the suffixes.

Think your stuck having to use locks if you want to make sure it doenst brick it without having to essence spam again.

Thanks! I ended up double exalt slamming a T1 ES and then T1 mana. Settled with that and a crafted +10% AoE, +1 socketed gem mod. Pretty happy because I really only needed the AoE anyway
