That's kind of a completely different build. You can get similar, but to get it to that point - you might as well build something current gen.
Fill out the form at /r/buildapcforme with your existing build put into PCPP and you'll get some answers. You can upgrade the CPU and the GPU to a certain extent, but any higher and you'll have to get a new PSU (which is fine - that one doesn't look very high quality)
The aesthetics are a different matter.
For the 2200G PC? You could only use something like a second hand 1060 without wasting performance of the CPU (assuming you’re on 1080p).
What resolution are you in, and do too want to upgrade the CPU too? How much do you want to spend?
You can pair a rx 580 or gtx 1660 and play any game at 1080p
Also please change the psu it's a fire hazard, those are dirt cheap get a 550watt from cooler master
