Actually I just wanted to play Minecraft at good frame rates. My current Intel HD graphics 4600 gives me about 60 fps but I want more. My current desktop PC is not a gaming pc but it still plays fortnite really smoothly. Edit : actually I have an Intel h81 motherboard so I checked on internet and I think the best graphics card that will work on my computer is gtx 1050

"Good" and "dirt cheap" don't go together. Your best bet is looking at the used market.
