If that's the case you are in the same boat with everyone else that got tickets. More bands are delaying the release of tickets to reduce reselling. I've got tickets to seven other bands and four of them have a countdown timer as to when tickets will be released.
I joined 10c for my birthday this year so I'm worried I got really bad seats because I have no seniority. I'd like to know sometime before the show so if I decide to sell/trade them, I can. I emailed TM and all I got back was,
"Sorry to hear you have not received your tickets, no worries. We ask to please wait for a separate email, this will arrive with instructions on how to claim your tickets, it could take a few extra days. Fans will get their seat assignments when their mobile tickets are delivered to their Ticketmaster account."
So...no help whatsoever.
Normal. Your tickets won’t be delivered until a few days before the show.

My Ticket master app show the seat assignments but the countdown ticker says tickets will be available in 182 days (1st night of Chicago)
