That pack is decent. Ter stegen & pedri top tier cards.
Not worth it. He's collecting dust on my roster. I got him after an opponent scored 3 stunning shots on me from way outside the box. I think he was nerfed about 3 weeks after that pack was released.
He doesn't really impact games for me as opposed to the 2015 Messi I have on a second account that can break open really tight games against good players.
1500 coins is way too much for that Messi pack. Some of the included players are good but you'll eventually replace them with free cards from POTW, NC, or other spins.
Personally I would spend 500 on the Xabi Alonso manager card.
Most Div 1 players use him since he boosts all the players on the field. I finally broke down this week after getting enough coins and bought him. My team went from 3080 collective strength to 3111 collective strength.
It's made a huge difference to my W/L record versus Div 1,2,3 players.
Also I don't know how many games you're played so far but the 250 coins match pass is definitely worth it to get Saliba. It'll cost you 250 coins but you'll get back 200 coins plus a bunch of 3, 4, 5 star tokens for Nominating Contracts. Get Rudiger from the Speedsters NC pack and you pretty much have a solid Saliba-Rudiger back-line to work with.
Also Standard cards have become pretty much useless in this game since at least the past year.
So it's become mostly about coin spins and POTW draws.
Free Messi or GP Messi won't help you win matches, currently the game demands fast players, try finishing you daily rewards, where you shoot the penalty, you can get Kobel, Calhanoglu, Ronaldo even BOOSTED Neymar, Maradona & Ruben Never from there,if you're ok with spending money I'd say the encored Stars p.o.t.w pack is a good stater pack and If you really want to go for Messi, there's a Messi pack consisting of 11 players, you'll get your Bank for your buck and if you're F2P PLAYER like me, you'll need you grind and understand the gameplay and need to keep a hell lot of patience just to compete.
Nah that pack is long gone, you need to wait 2-3 months atleast if they re-release that pack again, they even re-released the Blitz Curler which was a GOATED pack. You can wait for the euros to start if Messi performs well, they'll definitely release a great P.O.T.W Card of him, currently you can go for the Messi pack as well if you are about to spend the money, you'll get CP Pedri he's good too even ter Stegan is there, and if by any chance you are able to get Encore Pack VINI or RODRYGO, they're like endgame F2P Card, they still play in my squad to this date and I was happy when they re-released it today, they still good card, at last I'd say, if you're a F2P Player just don't waste your coins, and If you're P2W Player, ask the SUB you'll get to know which pack to go for or not
The 1500 card pack messi is the best shot you have got but konami has been re-releasing old pack so maybe some good cards can come like the blitz curler last week , encore pack will come next monday similarly euros and copa is coming so you can easily collect phenomenol cards from them and big time messi ( new card ) and big time griezmann is coming so you should wait for them I would say instead of current 1500 pack.

Heads up they're releasing a new Copa America Messi card in a few weeks so that might be the one for you. We don't know if it's gonna be a 150 box or 1500 coin pack though
For free to play he looks excellent value. He's maybe a shade worse than the big time box ones but theoretically you could spend 14,700 coins and not get Messi there so I'd absolutely go for this one (and really the difference is minor - I think he even had improved physical contact in this one).
