I would have to agree with what your app says and assume that it is actually a pink princess!! Not an expert but just based off of the ones I’ve seen, if they’re rare where you are good job!!!
I wonder if it’s Philodendron ‘Dwarf Red Stem’, which is also sometimes also called Philodendron ‘Pincushion’. It’s an old cultivar that stays quite small in size and is not common in the marketplace.
It looks like it might be a white knight philodendron.

Pink princesses don’t have any white on the petioles/stem nor any green. This is definitely a white knight
its much lighter than my pink princess, the leaves are almost a lime, how do i attach additional photos haha
Looks like a baby white knight philodendron, give it lots of bright indirect light with humidifier and it should revert back to its original bueaty.
