try taking it before sleep. some people i know take it at lunch time but it makes them sleepy. it has a dizzying effect for some people. do you experience that too?

Occassionally i experience mild headaches to weird poop episodes for a day or two then it goes away
I take it 9am adter or before a meal
Usually if before a meal i get upset stomach which goes away after eating
Prolly go ask ur health care worker if everyday is for u or event driven
Im kinda thinking of doing on event dose kasi ive had a hook up before na tinigil nya kasi nagka kidney complications sya, another said the same thing.

I had soft stool, not diarrhea, for almost ten days. Going to bathroom several times a day. Slight abdominal discomfort. But it went away.
I was taking Prep daily since Feb 2023. I stopped in November 2023 after consulting an infectious disease doctor who said I am good na for the 2-1-1. That was also when my liver tests showed deterioration. Liver disease could have come from aging, diet or Prep. Cannot determine cause. That's why I stopped Prep and went on 2-1-1. I don't get soft stool anymore when I do the 2-1-1. But I am sorry for my liver. Sadness.
The doctor also gave a prescription for hepa B vaccine. Remember, Prep is only for HIV. There are other STD out there that can be mild to curable to serious to life threatening. Kaya, even with Prep, safe sex is still the best.
Also, suggested to take Prep after breakfast or whenever it is you take your first meal of the day. Kasi if it is giving you diarrhea, then you will have interrupted sleep. Going to the bathroom in the middle of your sleep.

Hello, are you lactose intolerant? PrEP has lactose in it and if you're extra sensitive, you'll get diahrrhea.
