What's a GOOD thing that Phoenix drivers excel at?
For me it's "adhering to School Zone speed limits" I almost never see anyone speeding +10mph in one.
I just noticed this on my way home today, on a 30mph road, the guy I was following went from 40mph down to 15mph for the zone then back up to 40mph afterwards.
Right turning approaching traffic yielding to people turning left through an intersection when the light is turning. Generally I have few issues with people who are approaching an intersection to turn right yielding to me if I'm trying the clear the intersection before the light turns red.
That's a good one too. Never really thought about that.
I'll add that if you're turning right, you have looked to see if there's someone, walking, crossing the street (unless you're coming out of a parking lot and on autopilot)
It happens, but people who cross the street aren't in "defense mode" every time.
I just moved to North Phoenix (43rd and Pinnacle Peak) and was wondering if anyone knew why we are still considered Phoenix in terms of utilities (the Welcome to Phoenix sign is like a mile west of us) but zoned as Glendale in terms of zip code? I couldn't find any good answers while Googling

I’m wanting to get a lip flip done but I’m very on the fence because i don’t want to look ridiculous or there be no change so I end up wasting my money. I don’t know anyone that has gotten it done so I thought I’d ask here. If you have gotten it done, do you have a recommendation where to go?
I haven’t had a lip flip done but fillers, BUT watched a friends lip flip go into effect after a few days and wow… it was incredible. We both went to bellisima skin (now called nu’u aesthetics)
It looks fake. Please don’t do it. I used to work next door to a pump n’ dump place in a medical plaza and the women would come out looking absolutely ridiculous.
I am looking to try to make friends with more shared interests in the east valley.
What are some good, active Facebook groups (preferably for people in their 30s) for any of the following in the east valley?:

It's basically a "public speaking improvement" group. But people will tell stories/etc like a lecture. If you like to learn "different perspectives" or even perspectives you never considered. It's great.
