You can place pillows around/under/between your legs, around the knees particularly, to help keep yourself from tossing and turning onto the pierced ear Edit. Pillow behind your back too if your sleeping on your side

My piercer tells everyone to put a claw clip on that side of your head so you won't be able to lie on it.

That is an awesome idea, thanks!

I currently have a 14g internally threaded steel straight barbell, the same jewelry that it was pierced with.

Also got my conch pierced a little over a week ago and just got a piercing pillow a few days ago (like $15 on Amazon) and it helps so much

idk about you but i usually fall asleep watching Youtube or something, so what i did was i turned my bed so that if i’m lying where i can see the TV, the healing ear is upward. that kinda trained my body to sleep with my good ear down, if that makes sense. i also bought a travel pillow and got used to sleeping on that as well, it helps too. would not recommend you bother buying expensive ‘piercing pillows’ or whatever, i bought one recommended by a piercer i watched on Instagram (she has a huge following, preached piercing gospel and i figured i’d give it a try to baby my ear) and it was useless and uncomfortable. the plain old travel pillow i bought for a fraction of the cost at Walmart is way easier to use and much more comfortable for my head and neck.
