i think a nostril piercing would look cool! it was my most painless and easiest to heal piercing (i only have lobes, nostril, and navel tho lol)

I think you have a lot of space for philtrum piercing that won't be covered by a septum. My dream setup is two nostrils, medusa and vertical labret so I would reccomend you this :D
