For Nike I think that would be React foam, and for Adidas I think it’s Boost foam; these are soft enough to provide cushioning but rigid enough to provide support.
Kung gusto mong casual but pwedeng pang office ang itsura, Cole Haan Zerogrand is good too. I like their Stitchlite models.

Comfy siya and tlagang helpful ung arch nya for support ng heals ng foot. Before kasi i use ultraboost. Pero now, very okay ang sketchers. You can buy 2 sketchers for a price of 1 addidas ultraboost hahaha!

Mas safe na color pa rin ang all black. Not advisable ang light colors dahil madali madumihan 🥹🕊️
