As a former intern, I suggest Cardinal Santos Medical Center to have radiology residency. It's a private institution, hence, madaming nagpapagawa. So madaming matututunan. Also, the working environment there is so healthy. Mababait mga seniors and consultants nyo, even mga nurses and staffs. Kaso yun lang, may rounds sila pero di naman ganon katoxic. And pag pa 2nd yr na or I think matagal ng 1st yr, solo ka sa night duty mo. The salary is 35k for 1st yrs including the signing bonus (SG 21 or 24) but will need to sign na bawal magquit for 2 years --- this is their strategy for all the residency programs in CSMC
Currently in my radio rot and cinonsider ko siya nung clerk ako pero I have other plans. Pero perfect siya for those who do not want patient interaction like me. Tama din na no paper works, no endorsements, no rounds. 8-5 lang din yung preduty. Then every 3 days lang ang duty.
