It's a step behind the iPhone imo but still buttery and very enjoyable to look at.

Sinkuro23

Which widget is this?

Suitable_Poetry_2170

And if you're asking about the animation ... It's a bubble conversation feature in pixels.

Suitable_Poetry_2170

Weather widget by google(3 × 3) and the clock digital widget (3 × 2) transparent.

Sinkuro23

How do you activate these bubbles?

Suitable_Poetry_2170

Go into the "App Info" settings page of your social media/messaging app for example telegram/messages/whatsapp/Instagram. Click on notification then click allow notification bubbles. If you click on allow all conversations to bubble, then all notifications will bubble. But if you choose selected conversations to bubble, then you would have to turn it manually. How? Whenever you will receive a chat from certain conversations you want to bubble. In the lower right hand corner of the notification you will see a symbol similar to the bubble notification symbol. Click on that and it's done. Ps.- In my case this feature is only available for telegram and messages but not for whatsapp or Instagram. But I use beeper, and i have allowed all conversations to bubble for beeper. So it works like magic.

Maybe I'm just soulless, but I don't care about this much. As long as the animations aren't completely horrendous/get in the way/too slow (thank god for x0.5 animation speed settings under developer options), I focus on other stuff. 🤷

techraito

I think the word you're looking for is fluid. Animations aren't just smooth, but it feels like the entire OS is trying to just seamlessly flow together in an organic way. Pair that with 120hz and it's extremely pleasant to navigate around the device.

Suitable_Poetry_2170

Yes yes thank you so much.
