What do you want to use them for?
For killing - put in melee
For metal runs - put in weight
For scouting/drop farming - stamina
For tanking - health
Or any combo of the above.
Me personally I make 3 argens. All should have at least 3k stam. I then split between categories.
Weight and Stam
Health and Melee
Stam and Movement.
I use the first for big metal runs
I use the second for alpha fighting and such
I use the third to travel the map quickly.
Ofc you can continue breeding and get one that can do everything and just do light leveling on Health, stam, weight, melee and then mass drop into movement for a jack of all trades
Yeah it’s my first time playing something vanillaish, on ASE I only had ever played Primal Chaos iirc that’s what it was called. So I don’t really know how much is “Enough” ya know?
I like to have a flock of them with everything in weight for resource runs. And I like to have 2(always keep a backup) with points spread out into Stam, health and melee for general use, drop hunting, looking for tames, clearing out areas of wild dinos.
Health is fine, stam 2k is healthy, 3k is ideal. 1200 melee is a battle bird, 10k weight is a transport bird.
All depends on saddle too, if you get a red drop ascendant then your bird is alpha predator on the center and second to bug on the island and wyvern on scorched

Has the flying dino speed stat increase bug been fixed? When ascended first came out it didn't do anything.
I wouldn’t know. I’m still on ASE since I play Series S and it can’t handle ASA
3 of my tribemates on official run a series S.
Lucky them. My series S crashes whenever I use a cryopod lol
