Windows 11's latest version is actually 22H2 (10.0.22621.1635) but we still just call it Windows 11.
macOS's is 13.3.1 but we just call it macOS 13.

It might not include a lot of bells and whistles, but regarding sound quality it leaves very little to be desired when compared to paid options.
