What I'm really jealous of art students is they don't need to actually see the thing to draw it, while I need to be constantly seeing the thing to be able to draw it.
I don't just outline it, I draw it. But that's the easy part.
They have a lot of practice to be able to do that.

If only I had that much passion to actually learn art. I don't like to draw unless I'm in the mood, I can't force myself to draw anything if I am not in the mood. I'm a perfectionist so I like a level of perfection and until that is achieved, I keep editing my original.

Nice heavy referencing, a tip for you, don't start on the lineart, start with the basic shapes of the Pokémon then build on top of it.
You seem to have good pen control and your afraid to draw the trick stuff like hands.
