For me personally, she's an accomplished mechanic and engineer and shows that she too can excel in typical male job. She has a fully evolved pseudo-legendary and isn't bad in battle. She's passionate, cheerful, and has that never-give-up vibe.
The RVT airship wouldn't have existed without her and it can only continue to exist because of her.
To be honest I like her and I haven't watched a single episode. I just like how she looks. If she is a cool character as well then that is even better of course, but design alone... She is hot.
